    I thought you will have a different voice or accent when speaking in Korean.
    The subtitles seems to be incomplete but I somehow manage to understand what you are trying to say. That's how good these tutorials are.
    This is perfect for my weekend project as I have all the ingredients! So excited to make these after work.

    과자부분도 참 맛있더라구요~ 가장자리가 남아서 그냥 옆에 구웠는데 제니쿠키 버터맛이랑 비슷해요~ 파삭하는 식감이구요~ 맛있어요!!!!

    Hello Hanbit, when you call for cake flour, is it self rising? Cake flours in my area are usually self rising flours.

    So yummy, i will give it a try today. Just wonder if we can skip cake flour and use only almond powder?
    Also, can we use slivered almonds instead of sliced almonds?

      oh you need some cake flour in a sable cookie! it's actually meant to be more cake flour and a bit of almond powder, not the other way round.
      i guess you can use slivered almonds but sliced almonds are better because they are thin and you can spread them out sort of evenly on top of the sable cookie.

      i'm not an expert in agar agar and i really don't use it much so not sure! as far as i know there's vegetarian gelatin and that should work!

    최종 결과의 질감은 어떻습니까? 제가 만들어봤는데 세이블 비스킷은 바삭한데, 익힌 후의 아몬드 부분은 바삭하지 않고, 먹다 보면 부드러워 보이는 것 같아요. 정말 그럴까?

      oh almonds work best for floretines because sliced almonds are flat so you can flatten it out above the sable cookies whereas walnuts are bumpy and rigged.

    question .. do you wait for the pastry to cool down before adding the almond caramel mix? or it just doesn't matter since will be baked again?? I am actually in the kitchen now making it and my pastry is already in the oven XD XD

    Question: Since our goal for the Sable Base is to mix rather than incorporate air, is it advisable to use the Paddle Attachment if we are going to make this using a Stand Mixer?

      계속 가열하면 온도는 올라갑니다. 온도는 지키시면 좋은데 어차피 다시 굽는거라서 괜찮기는합니다~

    구독자가 5만명 되신거 축하드리고😊👍 이렇게 맛있는 레시피 올려 주셔서 너무 감사드려요🥰 제가 플로랑탱 꼭 만들어 보고 싶은데 질문좀 드려도 될까요?^^; 어떤 제품의 버터를 사용 하셨는지? 아몬드파우더는 100%사용 하셨는지? 슈가파우더는 95%로 사용하셨나요? 아님 분당 100%로 사용 하셨나요? 마지막으로 사블레 반죽을 7mm각봉으로 성형후에 오븐에서 구워져 나오면 높이가 달라질까요?질문을 너무 많이 드려서 죄송해요^^; 제발 이 질문이 한빛님께 전해지길. . .😭

      슈가파우더 사용했습니다.
      사블레 반죽이 7mm로 밀어펴면 구워졌을때 아무래도 좀 두꺼워집니다. 정확히 얼만큼 부풀었는지는 잘 모르겠습니다.
