- This is my review of the Saber DPM 40Litre Rucksack which can also be used as a barrow bag.
This video has close ups and shows you what the bag has to offer and how it works.
I have been using this for several months now and it has been a fantastic addition to my fishing kit. At 40 litres in size it is large enough to store you tackle boxes, camera equipment, flask and clothing for overnight sessions. Perfect for carp fishing or even river fishing.
RRP is £59.99 however it can be picked up for around the £50 mark so do look around.

AT LAST! Someone reviewing the bag actually opened it and showed us the size of the compartments! Thankyou!
No worries mate. Thanks for watching. I still use this now. It is fairly heavy for a bag but very durable. Mine is still in fantastic condition considering
Ive got this bag. It's fantastic. Ive got the 90 litre too, but that is massive. Far too big to practically use as a rucksack. This 40 litre is perfect I get everything in there. The material and zips are good quality and it's comfortable and allows quite a lot of strap adjustments etc so you can get the fit just right for you. The Speero tackle pouch (which is brilliant too) fits perfect in that big front pocket.
You're not going to find a better fishing rucksack than this. Im really pleased I bought it. I bought mine direct from Saber, who do have really good customer service. Would highly recommend.
Thanks for watching and sharing
They should have done a 60 ltr they blew it with placings of the D rings, the zips rattle like church bells, and the front pouch wont hold a medium tackle box.
Really Dissapointed Saber considering that you advertise it as the perfect roving tackle bag,i sent it back, some folk may like it though,Saber should speak to the old timers first about design and functionality, cheers for the upload fella
Hi Felip, thanks for the comment this really helps others considering this for their kit. I also find it on the heavy side for roving.
Reminds me of the NI patrol pack!
@@Hew.Jarsol 🙌🏻 new video live at 7pm tonight btw

@@alanmeasures8337 ok bud
Why not a table setup from this rugsack? Or a tray inside that you can use as a table
Good idea that 👍🏻
Hi would you know if that Korda tackle box would fit in that top pocket where you have the bunj cords ? Thank you
Hi Deri, no it doesn’t fit in there I’m afraid
Does the korda tackle box fit in the front compartment?
No mate bit too big
What's the dimension of the side pockets please?
Hi, the measurements of side pockets are approx 40cm long, 17cm width, 9cm depth. They are big. You can easily fit in like a full thermo flask , long nose pliers, float tubes etc. I keep a GoPro camera tripod in there amongst other things. Hope that helps
@@Operationcarp Excellent. Will fit my travel rod/tube 👍
