She ISN'T smart or powerful enough. The Foundation made sure to tell her arbitrary limits to her powers because she COULD become that powerful. They gave her a 'spellbook' and told her she was a witch to limit her imagination and stop her from warping reality too far.
Man, it's not that I hate gacha life or anything, in fact I have friends who use it, it's just that it seems strange to me to see a fallout video made with this program, Maybe it's that I'm so used to seeing that they only use fnaf and undertale to make gacha videos that now seeing a video like that with a more mature game like fallout throws me off
Like I said before you really should have saved Scp for last because everyones reaction to their world seems like child's Play compared to scp and they know that which is why they're not reacting; the point of reaction is for them to react and if they're not really doing that it looks like that they're just in school learning another mundane topic. Their reactions are mediocre but they could be better
