- US aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan has arrived at a naval base in South Korea’s southern port city of Busan. Officials in Seoul say the stop in Busan is a show of the allies' “firm resolve” against North Korean threats, amid concern that it is ready to carry out another nuclear test.

S Korea has right to build nuclear weapons in NPT when threaten and N Korea clearly shown that. Best defense for S Korea is to have its own tactical nuclear weapons and destroy N Korean nuclear weapons sites before it fires it's missiles using hyper speed technology which can hit N Korean targets within a minute from SLBM nuclear submarines surrounding N Korea. S Korea has all the technology to develop them.
