My Miata is Broken...So We Took Parts Off The Second One!

yeah..noo I kinda cheesed buying a 2nd one...but in reality having a parts car checks out great but unfortunately, CAS, AFM, TPS, and the IACV didn't result in a success for getting this car back to where I need to be...throttle sputters down low in the rpm range and it also has a noticible delay in throttle response. Occassionally too if I request pedal on the freeway they the car intermittenly shuts off after a long ride then kicks back on since I'm rolling so fast. Idle will sometimes surge or cut out but never shut the car off.
Any ideas? Please help and don't bully me in the comments, I'm new to the yata life XD.

I check your timing, spark plugs and maybe fuel pump.

Sup cuzzo, I dont know much about carts but I googled your problems and some things came out as clogged fuel filter, bad catalytic converter, or bad sensors (TPS, O2 Sensor, or MAP). If these are fake things then I am wrong and don't mind me passing by, keep up with the good videos tho! :)))

I had a similar issue and did a similar diag path, cleaned and changed everything i could, It ended up being a corroded battery terminal that caused the alternator to always run and eat engine power causing dips in idle, stalling and delayed throttle response, aftrer cleaning the battery cables and terminal issue was gone, worth checking out, if not try redoing the timing with atiming gun and/or checking the fuel system.
