I like that feature so I’ve never had a reason to try. I imagine there is because every feature I have ever needed is right on screen with a simple touch or you can use your bmw app to disable features. It’s like a big smart phone.
Just ordered my 2nd X6, favorite car I’ve had by far. If you don’t want to spend the $ for a Porsche Cayenne this is the closet step down in my opinion. Higher- quality feeling interior and better braking than the Q8.
Not being picky... just BEST COMMENT I have ever heard in a Car Review (especially of a BMW), "It's ALMOST LEXUS LIKE" I don't believe I have ever heard anyone say a BMW was almost up to par with a Lexus :) I know what you mean, but was still funny!
the greatest thing about it is still not messed up as 7, new X3, New 5\M5, iX the worst thing about is maps, it's bad, and you have to use third party maps with CarPlay but they not work properly with projection
So, why are you reviewing the X6, a large SUV with its perfect design, if you're not a fan of its size? Maybe consider the X3 instead, since it's a bit smaller.
Are you serious? They're not even close to being in the same category. This car would compare to the Mercedes GLS Coupe, Audi Q8, and Porsche Cayenne Coupe. Tiguan is a economy, mainstream mid-sized SUV, a dime a dozen and competes with makes from other non-luxury brands, like Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia etc
Maserati/Jaguar? (and esp. Mercedes) Check JD Powers first. Launch of Genesis GV80 coupe only months away (CDA), but that too is risky given 1st year of launch. Might be worth the risk ... probably 90+% of the vehicle at a cheaper price-tag (no v-8 ... yet ... "Magma" sub-brand in the works). Better color options w/GV80 too!
@@jalmonte91 yes but mazdas are right on and then fade off. that looks good. it’s supposed to replicate a heartbeat. bmws, on the other hand, fade on and fade off, like incandescent bulbs, but the fade looks some kind of uneven.
No leather seats interior? Wtf? BMW? Everyone who buys bmw wants leather seats not fake look a like vinyl like tesla , gonna loose millions of customers
I hear you. True, but ... how often do you carry large/tall objects that an additional foot-ish of height in the very rear would be "make or break"? If once or twice a year? Borrow friend's truck or rent a daily! If often, "this is not the vehicle you're looking for" 🤺

the fade turn signals don’t look right. if i bought a bmw with these lights i would do my best to find a way to get them to normal

I own one and the seats are very high quality for leatherette. They are just as comfortable as my Lexus coupe. Have you ever been in one?

its not considered in the same league of luxury cars anymore. Acura, Buick, Infiniti, Lexus are probably a rung lower than the other luxury brands.
