- June 9, 1997. Part 1. Alan walks into the darkened GH library and tells himself to calm down. The lights come on and Alan is startled to see Alexis standing there. He asks Alexis if she notices if he's doing things differently. He's still rattled by the conversation he had with Brenda. Brenda and Sonny go looking for Dorman. Carly is walking past the morgue when she sees blood in the hallway. She goes into the morgue and finds Dorman's body. Before she can do anything, Jason puts a hand over her mouth to stop her from screaming. As Carly watches, Jason goes through Dorman's pockets and then tells Carly to call 911. He tells her to let AJ know what's going on and that he should tell the others. Meanwhile, Monica is ushering Emily to her car when they run into Ned. Ned sees Emily's hospital gown covered in blood and Monica holding a bloody scalpel. Ned says he'll take care of things and Monica should get Emily home.
What a great cast during these GH years.
@AltaDave27 You are right on the money there. This was a nice little murder mystery involving the Quartermaines and the storyline got hijacked by Sonny and the mob. It was the beginning of the end and a sign of things to come for both the Q's and for the uprising of the mob on GH.
I like the murder mystery but I do kinda wish it would have been someone we knew and was related to the Q's instead of the mob. Is that weird?
I remember the Carly scene where she sees the blood and then goes in and sees Dorkman! And then Jason covers her mouth! :)
Jason: We don't want to have explain why your footprints are all over the place.
Me: Why? Did she step on the blood? ROFL!
At 9:18 Emily looks creepy! It's like is her head going to spin around? ROFL!

The Q's blame Sonny for his crimes and bringing Jason into the mob and the Q's haven't covered up their share of crimes??? Gimme a break
Yeah like AJ's accident that caused Jason's brain damage.
Who would have thought their (Alexis & Alan)kids would fall in love and get married. Also that they would share 2 grandkids together.
You would t know it by the way the write the show today.
The pills starting to truly effect Alan.
@AltaDave27 Yeah a great murder mystery! With Alan being nervous, Sonny hiding something in his pocket, and Emily who has blood on her, it makes you wonder did any of them do it? :)

I love this Jason and Carly! They were fantastic together! I loved them so much more then Jason and Robin.
I liked that they were the only people that never tried to change the other. Does that make sense? I didn't like that they were lovers but I loved their friendship.
@@ambergerber5162 Totally agree. They literally just accepted the other person for who they were. It was nice.
I love Jason and Carly she is always willing to do whatever to keep him out of jail.
Watching this makes wonder wow Alexis aged gracefully she has great jeans
I've never seen her wear jeans on the show.
A hitman nicknamed the Tinman. He worked for Lilly's father. Dorman double crossed him so he had him killed and then framed Brenda as revenge against Sonny.
Damn why you got to ruin it
I wish Emily would have been revealed to be the killer that would have been better and I wish it was revealed that Sonny was the last person to see Dorman alive

@@joseficesrogers9071yeah I wish would have been more interesting to have it connected to either the Q's or maybe even Matt's mom rather than a mob hit.
The show was great before they made everything about Carly
