General Hospital - Apr 97 Emily meets her drug counsellor

April 30, 1997. Part 1. The Quartermaines find a drug counsellor for Emily. She wants to work with the entire family (God help her!). Jason talks with Emily who doesn't remember anything from the night she overdosed. Bobbie and Tony talk with Emily and Tony tells her he knows what it's like to lose a daughter so this is serious stuff. Emily ignores her drug counsellor and doesn't want to talk. Alan doesn't want anybody to tell Emily that Matt is dead. Dorman lurks around Emily's room.
To fill in the blanks: Matt's death appears to have occurred off-screen. In a previous episode, Mac Scorpio tells Taggert and Sonny that when they went to Matt's house to question him about the drugs, they found Matt dead from an overdose ... Dorman had given him some pretty pure heroin.
