ONE BITE when you wrap it! That's the Korean way of eating it!

We'll have to do that next time! We always try to eat it too fast after it comes off the grill, so it is too hot to do in one bite 😂

Not far from Koreatown (Barrio Coreano) you have the Little Tokyo district on the other side of Reforma. You have Japanese restaurants, ramen houses, Japanese hotels, sushi joints, Japanese bars, Japanese book stores…all along the “river streets” of Pánuco, Lerma, etc…in the Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood! It’s delicious and shouldn’t be missed! Some great Sandos too! And of course there’s other “ethnic neighbourhoods “ like Little Beirut (Lebanese enclave in La Merced with some great Lebanese shops, coffee spots and restaurants as well as the old Lebanese church, best to go during the daytime but Al Andalus and Helus are the best spots to eat and café Bagdad is great coffee), Chinatown (there’s actually like four in Mexico City but the one downtown is the touristy and historic one…the one by Viaducto is the most recent one with delicious food), Little Italy in the Roma neighbourhood (mainly around Plaza Rio de Janeiro by the David Statue fountain), Little Colombia along Medellin street near the Mercado de Medellin, Little Spain on Villa Madrid and towards Parque España as well as the Spanish Civil War street along Calle Lopez near Chinatown where you have some old school paella spots, Spanish coffee and the OG churro spot El Moro! Little Germany in Mixcoac with some great German bakeries and restaurants, Jewish Quarter in Polanco and the old Jewish quarter in La Merced along Justo Sierra where the first synagogue is at! Little Baires or Little Argentina in La Condesa. And a Little India forming in centro histórico. Among many other little enclaves, Mexico City is a very diverse city! And even more so the country as a whole you’ll find so much more than Hollywood will let us know! Cheers and awesome video! Saludos! :)
PS: if you guys go to neighbouring Puebla, there’s a little town called Chipilo that was founded by northern Italians where they still speak Veneto and the Italian food is AMAZING and you can’t leave without buying coffee and dairy products, especially their amazing cheeses and meats…while eating their incredible gelato! Pastas, pizza and polenta: the 3 P’s…and lots of vino! The region is also becoming a wine region! Which is incredible and so close to Mexico City!

Tony thank you so much for all of this info!!! I absolutely love the diversity in Mexico City, and it has been hard to find information about the different areas, this is super helpful! Hope we get to visit all of these some day. We’ve been to El Moro, so good!!!

Love it! Do y’all have a video where you talk about how you manage working/travel? I think it’s so cool what y’all are doing. Super curious about the details and planning involved!
