    Hey man so i recently got my wrist out of a cast and need to go to physical therapy but along with that ive decided to so workouts at home and i struggled to do push ups after losing arm muscles for 4 weeks, moral of the story this video really helped me out your amazing

    Brother you forgot one major thing, the thing is to set your shoulders back and down and squeeze your back while going down and pull your chest out to get a good range of motion.

    thank you. as a beginner, is it ok to do push-ups and pull-ups at the same day. or keep the pull workouts (mainly pull-ups) and the push workouts (mainly push-ups and dips) in separate days ? for faster development.

      Any muscle group worked til failure needs around 2 to 3 days rest recovery. If you mix them and work them well then give both push and pull muscles a break. If you do push day and pull day you can workout more days this way

    How do I make my push ups harder? I know that when you hit more than 20 reps a set the muscles growth decreases drastically so I put on a back pack full of books and I still do 25 reps, is there anything I can do to make them harder?

      Go slower on the way down and coming back up. Time under tension!

      Change angle. Put you feet up on a chair. You may be ready for archer pushups or 1 arm pushups too 💪🏻

      If you get too close to the floor you can lose tension and your muscles relax.

      @@ThatGuy-nm6jq he uses steroids becouse he can pull out his belly and have six pack at the same time, that is becouse steroids have this side effect - your organs will grow up too. (but i am not saying, he is not doing workout and hard work, bcs when you use steroids you need to workout too, to have big muscles.)
