Yoyooo love your philosophy behind training and striving to be healthy in the long run. I am 20 and started with calisthenics almost 7 years ago, I don't think I ever kept my training consistent for more than a couple of months though. I also had some gym experience but never managed to stick to it, I was so focused on doing rather than being that I would eventually always slack off and give up. I am growing a lot and realizing many things about myself and how I want to approach life (and building that sexy farmer body) , the fact that your channel started at the same time is such a comfort to me and beautiful motivation to keep up my consistency. Thank you!!

Wanhee thank you man, I started this week with the minimalist routine, I have been constant working out, but with this routine I feel much energize to workout, because of the mental "bar" that you talked about. Currently working on doing a proper pull up, that I haven't done before. Another thing that you have helped me with a lot, its actually taking notes of the reps and weight that I do. Before I used to go to the gym and do the same routine and I didn't feel that progress that I do know seeing the number of reps and weight going up. I really appreciate RUclips recommending you.

Dude, everytihng you say is absolutely rational, logical, relatable and smart. No bullshit, nothing to lure viewers or whatever. Loving your content! By the way, it's a nice method that you keep talking in the thumbnail view and show yourself working out in the video. But, one critic there: It can be difficult at times to follow both the subtitle and what you're verbally saying as they can actually be two different things. Maybe it's me failing to multitask but it may be good to think about what can be improved there. Anyways, listening how to workout/diet from a phd holder does make a difference I guess haha! Respect!

I first started body weight training out of sheer convenience. I literally had no excuse (“I don’t want to drive to the gym tonight!”). I roll out my mat, and do my thing in the living room.
Little did I know that for me, the transformation was within the first 30-90 days (pretty immediate). The best results ever! And I’ve just kept it up.
I do vary my training to keep my muscles tweaked so I don’t plateau.

Awesome videos. You are able to make them motivating and relaxing (who else does jazz in fitness videos- no one - and it works super well here) at the same time. Some ideas for videos: food, fluids and micronutrients; mental clarity/focus/execution of plans; hygiene and other external care; injury prevention; hormesis (cold showers, ice baths, sauna, cardio etc; cardio/endurance; core strength training; rear deltoids which are harder to build; rotator cuff strength

bro here in the US we have nothing like the outside workout space you have in the video. it's sadd you have to go to the gym. i've also seen those spaces in places like Brazil. just happen to come across your channel. good info and keep up the good work. I've just gotten back into working out since the pandemic.

You are doing a good job; invormative, no complicated info - can you make a video for absolute female beginners how to start moving and calisthenics/strength?

Thank you for this man. I've been struggling with injuries left right and center, 30 years old but feel like I'm in my 60's. Always wanted to do calisthenics but always held off because of the injuries.
Been trying a more body weight approach lately and it's been working out well. Looking forward to progressing with your help + channel.

You should definitely do a back pain video. I have collapsed discs between L4 and S1, these will not recover and so I have to manage this condition through stretches. Knowing which exercises can help, and more importantly which ones I should NOT do would be a massive help. Thank you.

Great post my man. How about a video on Calisthenics equipment you can use to take to the park or wherever like rings, kettle bells and more to help adapt with just a pull up par and parallel bars. 💪👊💥‼️ keep up your great work bro. Love it.

Yep, cool! I’m recovering from a surgery and haven’t been in the gym for six weeks. At home I’ve tried to move and work out to the extent I can without negatively impacting my recovery. I’ll be getting back to the gym soon, but it’s been important to move and find ways to use my muscles without being in the gym.
    Thanks.
    And, Merry Christmas 🎄
