I love how you verbalize the visual and creative processes involved in makeup application. I appreciate the level of detail and thought you put into describing makeup products and brushes. I'm probably at an intermediate level of skill with makeup application, so I appreciate when you add advanced techniques so I can continue learning. From time to time I re-learn something more basic from you that I'd forgotten. So it's all good to me in terms of your training viewers at different skill levels. 🦋🧡🦋

I so well remember when you bought this palette. It was your first Mother purchase, and your reaction was priceless. It is, imo, her very best palette. I love Midnight Sun as a close second, but Subversive's variety, from daily to super fun, are just amazing, and the shades are to die for. So many one-and-dones, yet endless combo options. Every shade works with every other, despite the variety. That's amazing! Grungy, yet vibrant - yes! It's simply perfection.

Loooove the series idea! Using luxury makeup You already have! Soo many times I “save “ things for special occasions. Then the ENTIRE year goes by without one special occasion 🤣
For the ones that don't like to apply with their fingers but also want the impact of a shadow that a finger would bring, grab those applicator sponges from Dior eyeshadow compacts, they work grate and you can wash them and they get brand-new again. Nice tools and you make your money worth 100%!

I *love* these tutorials and re-visits, thank you so much for your effort, skill, and effervescence 💖 I'm probably a beginner-intermediate level of makeup application, largely because I came to makeup later in life, and because I have very poor eyesight without glasses, so simple and one-and-done is my go to. I love that you are so playful, and encourage making mistakes and having a go - it's only makeup, after all 🥰wash it off and try again. I love this open approach to makeup and to life! Watching you do what I consider to be more advanced techniques like a winged liner inspires me to give it a go myself - always keep learning!! 🥰
I love the pop of colours in this palette - all of them are beautiful. Although I actually prefer the Megabite colour in the 2020 Christmas palette because it leans just a little more green… if only it was the special formula!

Divine Rose (I and II) are my favorite. They're jus more everday/work-wearable than alot of the others.
