Had to go ahead and comment or i would forget by the end. The silicone mat is for making round wax stamps with melted wax and a metal stamp and the sticky circles are for making the stick to stuff once dried. Very good deal!

I know! It's the biggest ship I've seen come into that harbour! It turned out to be a glorious sunny day in the end
Its a wax seal silicone mold mat. You put melted wax in the cops and stamp it with a metal seal.
