Hi guys, Greetings from Scotland. This is Haryali Paneer masala or Green Masala Paneer gravy. It is similar to Hyderabadi paneer masala. Hyderabad is a city in southern Indian (in the state of Telangana) which is famous for green spicy cuisine or green gravies. Hope you can try it. This version is not spicy at all. If you are new to the channel then you are very welcome :) Thank you and have a lovely day 🌞🌻
Thank you, but I prefer this format to reach audiences who don't understand Hindi etc. My channel's aim is to reach global audiences. I will be more than happy to answer any of your doubts etc. Aap ka bahut bahut dhanyawaad🌻

Quick suggestion. Avoid combination of yogurt and milk since they are opposite in nature and cause indigestion if consumed together. To get the "creaminess" or "richness", cashew nut paste is enough or cream if required. Oh and if you make paneer pasanda in hariyali paneer style, you gotta a gorgeous looking royal dish in your plate. All the best!🥰
Never knew that. I know yoghurt and fish is opposite but people still make malai fish tikka. I will do some research on it. As for the gravy is concerned it had an excellent taste. Wanted to make Hyderabadi paneer but had no spinach 😂😂Will try next time. Thank you
@@DrBrunoRecipes Yep. Per Ayurveda opp foods like doodh (milk) and dahi (curd - indian yogurt), proteins and starch etc should not be consumed together and we still follow those principles when we cook at home. However, in restaurants use opposite foods in neo-Indian dishes such as malai fish tikka without thinking twice because, hey, at the end the chefs are not eating it. 😂 Also cream is not used in any dish from the subcontinent; started being to suit European & American palate just less than a century ago. I have never made Hyderabadi paneer myself! I might try this coming winter. Cheers
