I’ve arm wrestled navy seals & a lot of guys over the past 30 years even doing jujitsu matches when you get a wall you go down yeah you can survive for 20 to 30 seconds but it’s a battle you have to except failure sometimes. Only way you know is to go against the tops dogs A lot of these people commenting have probably never been in a serious tournament I can tell.
