- This one was just a darn fun time to make. I'm a little surprised it didn't exist already but I'm glad I got to be the one having a great time doing it lol.
I love Ian so much, he's such a wonderful character and he and Barbara are still among the very best companions this show has ever had. They really set the bar for all who would come after and it's always a joy to watch them. I still can't believe that my years-long wish to get to see Ian again came true with The Power of the Doctor; the guttural sobbing noise I made was not even slightly human. I really love this guy so much.
This wasn't what I had next on my to-do list (and my apologies to the person who subscribed for a Narnia video that I have yet to make, I'm very nearly there!), but being that Russ is 99 years old I wanted to bump this one up before there could be any sense of mourning while making it. I wanted it to just be total fun and it definitely was!

IAN!!!! It was your Narnia video that got me to instantly subscribe to your channel but I was also excited to see so many classic Doctor Who videos on your channel as well. This one especially. The Ian-Hercules mashup that I never knew I needed but now that I have seen this, I can't imagine life without it.
