Probably Aaron kosminski because his DNA was later found on a scarf of one of the victims or Charles Allen Lechmere which I'm not too sure about since he can be only connected to one occasion.
They'll NEVER reveal the identity Melly. Once they do the interest will die. There's been many accused, he has to be one of them x

The problem..the frustration …the reason we always return to Jack the Ripper is because we don’t know who…why…how he was able to get away with these grotesque murders. As human beings we have an obsession with knowing these things. Not sure why but there you have it.

The only photos of any victim taken while still alive were of Annie Chapman. Those photos of "Nichols", "Stride" and "Eddowes" are of other women.
Yes that's what I always have known. It's too bad too it would be lovely if we had pictures of the rest of them in life but no just Annie, that's all I've ever seen. And she wasn't poor then, her dress was gorgeous, and it was only more well to do families who could afford a portrait sitting and the resulting photographs themselves.

You're only partly correct. A photograph of Liz Stride has been discovered and there is one of Polly Nichols shown on the video which is correct. Otherwise, this upload is laughably bad though.

@@adoculos4521 That's not Polly Nichols in the video - that woman is older, and (forgive me!) fatter and plainer than Nichols herself, who was petite and rather pretty. An alleged photograph of the living Liz Stride briefly did the rounds, but that's not her either.

I do not think Elizabeth stride was a victim of the ripper. To many inconsistencies for my liking. The cut was too shallow and if you were to take into the account of Israel Schwartz. He did not match the description of the others. I recon Mr. Schwartz did see Elizabeth get killed but the perpetrator was NOT JACK.
Charles Allen Lechmere's mother lived around the corner from Liz Stride murder scene.

I don't suppose it occurred to Scotland Yard to check the CCTV footage.
People believe the body of stride wasnt mutilated because jack was being walked in on before he could do it, so he hid and waited until the witness ran into a bar to get help to make his escape. He was mosy likely frustrated that he couldnt perform a mutilation like he did for the past 2 murders he did before this, so 45 minutes later, he killed another woman and mutilated her as usual.
Jack was clinically a sociopath.

@@adoculos4521 Emma Smith , Martha Tabrum/Turner ( she went by 2 surnames. The canonical 5 include Mary Ann nichols ( polly) Annie Chapman. Elizabeth stride , Catherine Eddows and Mary Kelly. Frances coles and Alice Mckenzie are also thought to be ripper victims but no evidence to prove this theory. Deluded im not .
