I get panic at first bcs my phone is working but the screen blank/black. So, I search a method from other video.. press volume up and then down and then power button.. But still doesn't work. when you have a black screen, the Reiboot still ask you to use your iphone to input passcode, this is rediculous, remember you got a black screen.

Hello, if your iPhone isn't recognized by ReiBoot, you can follow the on-screen instructions to put it into recovery mode and then ReiBoot will repair it for you.

Like five years ago, while I was on my phone the screen went black and it wouldn’t turn on. It’s been off sense, no methods are working, I don’t remember my iCloud. My dad set it up bc I was younger. I'm unsure on what you mean by black screen. But my iphone 6 screen is like other level dark. I can only see the screen in the dark and I can't read a thing. Does all this apply to my issue? ☹ Sometimes it would fix itself but then if I get a whatsapp call or if I watch youtube for a long time it would go very dark again.

I understand this condition. It sounds like improperly auto darken the screen brightness. It sounds like bug, or hardware of phone(if use a long time). You could check the True Tone(or other setting like auto adjusting screen brightness based on different lighting conditions) in Display&Brightness in settings. And it may turn off the light itself while calling (when attach the ear) but "forget to turn on after calling). it could be a bug when we updated to later system version on a previous model, app doesn't fix it.
