Demian’s guitar riffs made me think of the TMNT 2 game on the NES. The way they’re played sounds so similar to the game’s music. I feel like the switch up in the production team gave them a bit of a boost.
It's a stunning comeback. I think the mix of new producers, now that Leez has left, have given them fresh energy. They've doubled down on what makes Dreamcatcher great and still managed to create something new. What a way to finish out the trilogy.
am i the only one who thinks that Propose sounds a lot like 'shadow'? (the soundtrack that siyeon and dami did) ... especially how it builds into the chorus and the chorus itself sounds very alike
This album is just so good, Demian and Propose are already vying for spots in my top 20 deuake songs easily. Bon Voyage is a step away from some of their normal arranging/composing too (which ppl think is bc of no Leez) but it's the chorus that's so simple yet so hard. fun reaction :)
I knew I was gonna love Demian when I heard the highlight medley. Ngl I love Bon Voyage, but I kinda wish Demian was the title track since it's so.dang.good
Dreamcatcher has something in common with anime openings. Firstly, foreign, not english lyrics with english inserts here and there and secondly, light pop-rock. I hate myself when Dreamcatcher is brought down as "just some anime music", even more considering that they didn't do any anime openings, but still. The nostalgic feeling I get is certainly coming from those memories of my youth when I was gulping up one piece etc.
My favourite is ‘to you’. This type of rock ballad just hits all my emotions in a cathartic way. Bon voyage is still the best in this album for me, but I’m thinking I might listen more to ‘to you’ over time.

Demian was giving serious Mass Destruction from Persona 3 vibes. And you know what? I am so not mad about that. Not sure it can top the opening baby x9 yeah! of that track, but it feels like it’s Mass Destruction’s younger sister at the very least.
For me the album itself wasn't better then some of their previous works like Dystopia. Their vocals improved a lot, but the composition brings nothing new essentially, they're staying within their niche, and they have brought some experiments with Vision and Maison, I was hoping they would go further in this direction, but they have kinda returned to Chase me or You and I. That's my opinion. Reason was a total bop btw, not only it was personal and emotional, they've also went really hard into rock, they didn't settle for the middle-light sound there, like they did with this album. Although in general I liked the album, I probably will like it even more when I'll listen it more.
