@@Luadi54 Yeah, Hurts intro and riff are just the same as the chorus of Friend of a Friend. But I think the progression and arrangement of Friend are more elaborated and complex, especially the keyboard. The major "problem" is that Ready to Go uses the intro riff in entire music, so you can't stop thinking about these likeness.

The pronunciation in the talking bits is unbelievably good and accent-free. You can only hear a minuscule twing in “back”, but he sounds like he’s from South London and I had to google him to see if he’s actually British.

well, I can hear a bit of an accent in some moments, especially in that spoken part (I am Polish but Polish and Czech are somewhat similar and have many similar phonems), it is very subtle though; but it is not a bad thing, we should embrace our differences

Also his own music is influenced by the music from UK (from those times when UK used to have a good music). Of course that he can't have an accent like some native speaker but he doesn't pretend. Yep, the Czech song last year was much better though. To be honest I'm my opinion this song is horrible. It starts kind of well but the chorus is dreadful. It's a 1+ out of 10 for me.
