government is not taking efforts to promote our age old language but funding in madarsa type module so lets fund the people those who take up initiative .....
Oh my God!! I know it will be difficult to believe you but just before few minutes I was thinking of a teacher who not only can teach Sanskrit but know proper chanter of mantras. You are best. It's all grace of my MURSHID, who send me my answer after then light.
Namo Namha, I recently started learning Sanskrit. at the beginning of class, our acharya referred Maheswara Sutras, however, Karve Acharya demonstrated it in an excellent way. While listening, one can feel the vibrations. Dhanyavadah !
I want those viewing the video to comment on the contents as well as the presentation of the video and let me know what needs to be done so that it becomes friendly and useful for children. ----- Achyut
Can you please make the maheshwar sutra more slow to teach my daughter 7 year old. I am trying to teach her Sanskrit. I myself do not know Sanskrit but learning by watching different videos and a beginner book. Thanks. Rashmi reshmi_in@hotmail.com
I just started learning Sanskrit. It happened to be a mere chance to see this video. The content is so great, the presentation with Damaru is awesome. A new dimension to the teaching of phonetics of Samskrutam, the mother of all languages. I want to progress more in knowing vyakarana aspects. Could you please help me in my pursuit, sir?
Sanskrit phonetics is unique and it is necessary to know its nuances or else one will recite or speak sanskrit the way they speak their mother tongues. The main difference is that in all other languages words are spoken syllabically however chaste sanskrit ought to be spoken letter by letter.
Excellent Video Sir! This is extremely useful. I had learnt this as a child from my grandfather and over the years, it has helped me pronounce letters, words, properly and clearly. So happy to listen to this again. Thanks for sharing. Highly recommend this technique to all children, not just limited to the Indian origin children.
I m learning Sanskrit. this is helpful for me alot as it root to tip of teaching maheshwara sutra . I have never seen this way of teaching of Sanskrit Thank you sir
Great Job sir, with damru sounds good, I am in my 40's, learnt sanskrit in school. Due to lack of practice almost forgotten, now revising my sanskrit grammer and sabdkosh. please advise best books, learning resources. Dhayawaad.
🙏 Dear sir, This So Brilliant... I will share this with all people who need to know about primordial sounds out of a Damru. This is very essential knowledge. Me being a Drummer I will include this as a beginner lesson to start any lesson of percussion. I’ve learned Tabla in Hindustani shastriya sangeet..my medium of instruction was in Hindi using Devanagari script.. however this whole video is a precious beginner lesson for whole life of percussionist.. Thanks for an incredible presentation! Very humbled to find it on RUclips! And I feel so blessed! This video has opened a new gateway to my approach of Learning.. Best regards! 🙏😇
Wow What a boon for those of us who came to know of this phenomenal knowledge bit late in life. May be in some ways to learn these at young age may not make much sense without experience and introspection of what life is all about. Thank for sharing this, You have made this video so enjoyable Thanks a lot
Namaskar Achyut ji, Wishing I was taught this way in my School. Thank you so much Shat Shat pranaam! Sharing the video link on Twitter - in the hope to benefit wider audience
Sir, I have learnt alphabets and their pronunciation in Kannada, I am using them efficiently with 'hrasva', dheergha, alpaprana, mahaprana with no difficulty while writing, reading and speaking. Now very recently I have taken to learn Sanskrit with all reverence and love for learning the language of our scripture. In this context please I have come across Maheshwara Suthras. Please explain me how Mahaheshwara Suthras are useful over the usual form of learning the prounciation.
Sanskrit has a unique way of phonation much different from any other spoken language of the day. All languages we speak today are corrupted. Even those who speak Sanskrit speak it with the corruptions present in their first language they have learnt. As a result we find South Indians speaking Sanskrit differently from North Indians who speak Sanskrit. People whose first language is English speak Sanskrit with an English accent. Mahashewar Sutras provide a window to undo the corruptions in pronunciation of any spoken language.
The order of माहेश्वर सूत्राक्षराणि is as per their placement on individual vertebrae of human spinal chord ,These मातृका are in groups of वायु ,अग्नि , पृथ्वी , जल आकाश . Will it not be in the interest of the students to know this?
Demonstration with damaru is awesome!!! Cant get enough of it. I keep going back to listen to it. Thank you so much
Exactly.. Superb
