Just a quick update for everyone. Samsung has released an update to improve battery life stability that is available in most regions. I Highly recommend downloading the software update if you have a Galaxy 7 Watch. Thanks for watching !
@@19JustMike83 The update was just to improve battery life across all affected Galaxy Watch 7s. It seems some people experienced no battery bug, so this update didn't really do much for them. But for me, my watch was affected so it really helped improve the battery life on mine.
Yes it sure did! I was in two minds to buy this one for my wife. Right after I read about the update in the reditt I went ahead with my order. And I saw it pulls through the day and half easily with everything turned on except AOD
As a Galaxy Watch 7 (44mm, BT version) user myself, I really do not know what battery bug are you talking about. I agree completely with all the points you mentioned about the performance, smoothness, accuracy in health tracking etc but my battery life has been nothing short of spectacular, giving me about 3 days on moderate usage with AOD off and all night sleep tracking on, continuous HR and Stress tracking on. P.S: I got the update too but my battery has been great even before the update itself. The update changed nothing for me.
how many days battery can hold? i train for like 1-2 hous per day and i use my watch for nothing else. i got galaxy watche 4 atm and its less than 24 hours...
Thanks for your comment, it seems some watches were affected and others were not, I don't know if this was based on what region you purchased a watch from, or the size of the watch (40mm vs 44mm) as I found there to be issues online across all watches in various regions. I'm happy Samsung acknowledged it and put out a fix. I'm glad you're enjoying your time with your Galaxy 7 pun intended, thanks for watching !
@@koumatrix I reckon you'd be good for close to two days if not a day and a half. I normally use fitness tracking for an hour a day, but also regularly check weather, respond to messages, and do other small tasks and get a day and a half. Mind you, the one in this video is the 40mm version with the 300mAh battery. The 44mm version has a larger 425mAh battery, so you should comfortably get around two plus days with that version.
Generally, a bigger watch can fit a bigger battery and will yield better battery life, but it will need to power a larger screen. If battery life is a priority to you, then I would recommend the OnePlus W2, as it can out perform the Galaxy Watch 7 battery wise, hope this helps !
Thanks for the info, out in Australia and NZ we get all the health monitoring options. But I guess until the FDA approves of the blood pressure monitoring on the Galaxy watch 7, the states are gonna have to wait a bit. Thanks for your comment, and for watching !
Honestly, there isn't much AI integration when it comes to features. AI on this watch is mostly just used for improved health and sleep tracking, it's also aids with better automated fitness tracking, other than that, I feel that most companies are just using the term term "AI" to keep up with trends. That being said, If you are looking to upgrade, this is a decent choice; otherwise if your Watch 4 still has decent battery life and performance, you can wait out for the next generation. Hope this helps.
Thanks for your information, I bought the same watch 7 LTE variant battery backup is really bad 😭 Battery is draining without using it and also steps accounting automatically and unable to connect the e-sim etc... And the Samsung Indian customer Care really is bad especially in my city 😞
I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you have received the update, it should have been rolled out in most regions and should fix the battery problem. I hope Samsung customer service gets back to you as you might have a faulty sensor if it's counting steps automatically, I haven't heard of any software issues affecting fitness tracking recently, definitely continue to try and reach out to them if you can.
Battery is great, did you turn off the step sync frequency in the health app in the steps counter...I bet you didn't because you didn't give it a chance. Honestly, I don't understand people not looking into stuff like this but quickly goes on RUclips to moan about it.

@@outtatimeprash thank you for explaining :) have a nice day :)
@19JustMike83 Cheers mate, happy to help.

Like this, are the gestures there for pixel watch 3 or nah?
OnePlus w2 or galaxy w7 ?? And does the bigger size means better battery life??

@@outtatimeprash yes, this basic things I know, as you have used both brands so I thought to ask it in detailed perspective
Blood pressure monitoring is not available in the USA.

Thanks man, here in the Netherlands they are offering the S24 Exynos chipset with the 7 40mm LTE, think I will pass
I want to know the AI features. What's new on the Watch 7? When it comes to features, I'm on the Watch 4.

Bhai how is it now? Should I buy a Galaxy 7 LTE or not?
I refunded it because the battery lasted 1.5 days.
New update kinda fixed that but either way that seems about right for this watch i get 2 days
Lucky you. Mine lasts less than 10h
After the update mine lasts for 1 days 10 hours. Didn’t see any improvement

@@CNDNRSN @RaP22 thanks for the tip. Will try it once
Take a shot every time they say "on this watch"
the watch you show us in the video is not a 40 mm but 44mm :D
Useless watch . Numbers are wrong . Nothing but hype. Waste of money
