The animals are raised differently in halal food actually. Animals are not to be tortured starved suffering confined or have a difficult life in general. The food is prayed over but the animal must not be terrorized or struggle while being slaughtered and must be killed in the fastest least painful way possible(a swift slit to the throat with a really sharp knife). Any diseased animal is not suitable for consumption and the blood is drained from the animal, I hope that helps☺️

Haram is the opposite of halal which means you can't eat it for example pork is Haram.A chicken is Halal when you slaughter it half way and while you do that you should say "Bismillah" which means in the name of ALLAH the Almighty

Really Quang, I'm sincere with you but I think you should try to advertise yourself on e.g. Patreon, and Kickstarter. But I really do think you would be very successful as you are really diverse and you also offer quantity together with quality. You could think of organize big food parties during special events (Chinese new year, Eid, Christmas, Thanksgiving, ...). Then, you would be the first to propose a restaurant that goes across all continents. Usually I go to a "Chinese" restaurant, to a "Japanese" restaurant... You should open yours as it's all restaurants packed into ONE unique restaurant with your own twist (as you say it). If you want to discuss more with me, please do not hesitate (in private).

When we classify meat as halal it means that it’s been killed in a certain way. The main blood vessel at the neck is cut so the animal has a quick death and as pain less as possible and this also ensures that all the blood can drain out of the chicken making it as pure and clean as possible. And before they kill the animal they make a small prayer thanking god for this provision of food. Hope that helped. And I loved your mukbang!!!

They are not the same when it comes to preparation. Next time be more aware that not everyone slaughters their meats in the same fashion.
