If some places in Lagos look like this, we would have flooded it .. i like trees and houses co-existing, that is one thing most of new developers in Lekki dont pay attentions to.. the more the trees, the cooler the interior of the house

Bro, the challenges we have as a people is humongous, even if we have visionary leaders and followers, it will take another 100 years of ambition to be close to a paradise. I love my home town/ city of Abeokuta. The first 'country' recognized by the British colonialist thereby earning a special status. Do you know that Abeokuta South Local Government is the first LG is Nigeria, it is due to the country-like governance structure the colonialists met. It took a while before they amalgamated Abeokuta as a part of the British colony. I have beautiful plans for my hometown and Ogun State. They need to rearchitect that city in every sense of the word.

@@charlesugochukwu9283 Nope. SE doesn't have landmass like SW that's why it feels like that. To compensate for the landmass they build storey buildings for residential or commercial purposes. While SW tend to build less storey buildings and Continue to spread out. Besides most people in SW prefers to be their own landlord rather than be a tenant.
And another reason is that people from different parts of the country tends to relocate to SW a lot.
