I have the book and could look at it for ever, however, would like to see more of the master at work, can anyone suggest the best place to find them? BTW, I have the Nitram, nice clean alternative, and good to see them used by an expert.
@@petvuk Nope, but I eventually found a paper in my local arts store that is IMO the best so far for this type of medium. It's Berkeley Charcoal paper. :)
Hi, Gustavo, we do have a Vimeo account and some of the video lessons are available there. There are also rent options available which are very affordable. We're in the process of making more video lessons available on Vimeo. Here is the link. vimeo.com/yimmaukun/vod_pages
...done with sensibility and determination... the artist seems to be an expert in charcoal manipulation... Unfortunately, the initial stage was rushed, the hand succumbed to its usual mannerisms and, as a result, the portrait is not "in character". The model is not shown in parallel with the sketch, but if one takes a screenshot during the few seconds of the model's visibility, it is obvious that Mr.Kun drew somebody else... ...Still, the artistic quality cannot be denied...
Hi Gustavo - unfortunately, there are no retailers in Brazil - yet. We encourage you to ask your local art store if they would like to carry Nitram Products. In the meantime, the closest retailers to you are in Mexico and Costa Rica. You can find more retailers here: nitramcharcoal.com/locate-a-retailer/ Please let us know if we can help you further. Cheers, Nitram Art Inc.
