What are some investment vehicles I can invest in? I'm new to investing but are eager to start investing. I have additional funds to allocate elsewhere and would like some pointers. It would be greatly appreciate.
If you’re looking to put it into the stock market I would suggest a low cost vanguard index fund that tracks the S&P 500 or the Total Stock Market index. I wouldn’t pick individual stocks unless you know how to value a business financially and fundamentally. For 99% of investors an index fund is the way to go you’ll match the average return of the market. Picking individual stocks you will most likely underperform the market.
