Sadia, I love to watch you and listening you is so powerful. Please start a podcast if possible. Would love to listen you always. Your voice is awesome.
My husband and I have recently committed to getting up at 5 together to have quiet time to get ready and drink coffee together before the kids wake up. It has made such a huge difference for us! We are more relaxed and productive all day because of it. We also are more motivated to get to bed early. It's my new favorite habit.

I've transitioned, but what really changed everything was therapy, got out of depression and started exercising a lot, I have a healthy lifestyle now . I wake up early in the morning without an alarm. But in winter I sleep more and later , i also need more food. Seasons have impact on me , kisses from the south of france
That’s normal. In the US, we call that Seasonal Depression. I’m very affected by seasons and the weather. I’m generally happy and productive throughout the year except for in the winter. In New York, a lot of people get depressed because our winter’s are brutally cold and we get less sun so that means less vitamin D 😩
I changed my words and my purpose for getting up. How many times had I said: "I have to get up for work in 'x' hours"? Well, I stopped waking up to 'go to work' and started waking up to 'enjoy my day'! I set my alarm to wake up and do something I love: I love to be in my garden! So in the summer I would set my alarm for 5am to go outside to weed or trim my garden at sunrise or just sit in a comfy chair on the porch with my tea and contemplate it's beauty. It's a completely different experience at that hour when the birds are waking up and the day is fresh and coming to life... and in the winter, I 'garden' indoors with my house plants; or do reading and planning for the spring/fall planting. Whatever your 'love' or hobby is; do that which gives you joy, for a bit of time in the morning. It will change your whole outlook AND then you never have to experience the 'oops, I-slept-past-snooze-and-now-I'm-going-to-be-late' rush! Your life will thank you!
Ohhh I love this "waking up to enjoy the day"!! I did something similar for mondays. I put my archery training on monday evenings so I started looking forward to mondays a lot, hehe :3
This is exactly how i feel abt her too. But just couldn't find the right words to describe that feeling. Thank you for putting it way better than I ever could have ❤️

I became more positive and productive person .. and I just woke up everyday to enjoy the sunrise , drink coffee and recharge my brain for a whole new day ..😊
The quote “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” Is one of my favorite of all times. I’ve made this a rule to live by. Great tips. For me also helps writing 5 things I am grateful for and repeating affirmations 😊
My morning starts at 5AM, I'll do my daily scripture reading and spend few minutes on journal writing while playing some soothing classical music on spotify to start my day. Then I'll go out for a jog then shower when I come back. I'll have simple breakfast then spend some extra 15-30 minutes reading my favorite novel. After that, I'll do my work and study. I don't scroll through social media nor email nor games on my phone in the morning except for alarm and checking the weather. I've been following this routine for a week now and it's pretty nice. I'm much more productive in the morning than in the afternoon~ :)
Having an exercise class to go to every weekday morning at 9 AM has given my life structure. That is what I particularly needed. It's a class that I really enjoy, with people I like, and it's only minutes from my house. Additionally, it only lasts 45 minutes... an hour or more would feel way too daunting for me. Weekends are for sleeping in if I want to, and having a leisurely start to the day. So I begin every day being productive (got my workout out of the way; any active things I do thereafter are a bonus), and when I come home I enjoy a warm shower with all my favorite fragrant products, and then I'm ready to nourish myself well. Before finding this exercise class I'd try my best to get up and get going for a walk, run or bike ride - but I kept procrastinating on my start time till eventually I lost motivation entirely and rationalized that I'd try again tomorrow... or next week... Then I'd be mad and frustrated with myself. So if you're like me and really thrive on structure, that's my advice. Do something you're accountable to, where people will notice if you don't show up, and they'll miss you. Works for me!
I was a night owl but now I’m an early riser! I adore morning time because I can make it me time. Coffee, breakfast and time with my pets while the world is still asleep is the best feeling to me. By the way an chance of a night routine?
Great! Because the night routine is what makes my mornings not happen. Also it HELPS so much to hear that people have done this!!! Actually changed their routine from a night own to an early bird!!! It's possible!!!
HELP PLEASE i have tried many times to wake up early.it lasts about 2 weeks but then in the afternoons i get very very drowsy and end up napping for 2-3 hours and this throws me off.even if i slept 8-9 hours the night before....any suggestions?
Jody Nagra I get up at 4:45 for work so trust me I feel the same way. If I'm really exhausted and feel like I have to sleep I'll usually SIT on the couch, put my head back and doze for a few minutes. I really needed to see this. I have been a night owl for many years and yet I crave more morning time to set a peaceful and productive day. I appreciate that your clips never come off as absolute or judgmental . I am so grateful for your channel and website. I am at a big transition time in my life. Watching your clips and reading your content has been very inspiring and healing for me. 🌸💕
I will never purposely wake up at 5 am lol but I still watched the video. I’ve been a night owl since a child and can’t go to bed before 11 pm and I need my 8 hours! When I wake up too early I’m just a zombie all day but it’s my goal to wake up at least 15 minutes earlier than my kids (usually around 7 am) so I can have some quiet me time before the morning chaos. I love the idea of sitting in silence for 15 minutes with some soothing tea.
Valentina Lobo Saudável means healthy and so does sadia. I hadn't heard of it before looking it up just now, it's probably more common in Portugal. I think maybe that's why the food producer's called Sadia
I used to hate mornings but after being a healthy person I started to love mornings , wakeup early , have a breakfast and a cup of tea and read a book. ♥♥♥
Sadia, I smiled when I saw the title of today's video! I'm on the second morning of getting up with my husband about two hours earlier than is our usual habit. It feels soooo good to be up earlier, and I truly want to become a "morning person." :) Thank you for your tips!
I became a morning person after years of being night owl. I found out that being a morning person makes me more productive and I feel better. It took me a year by setting my alarm for 7:30 a.m. Sometimes I would sleep through the alarm, sometimes I would wake up and then go back to sleep, sometimes I would get up and then go back to sleep later. After a while I would get up and stay up and then take a nap later. Now I am getting up and staying up most days with out a nap which I really like. Now I can work on my next goal. I enjoy your videos and your food looks very good. It looks nutritious and delicious. Thank you.
I love your channel because your videos are always filled with such gentle reminders. It's easy to forget that when we learn something new, we are bound to forget it unless we practice it or hear it frequently. Your videos are bringing me back to center over and over again ❤️
What made me become an early bird is Yoga 🙏🏼 since I started practicing I always wake up early to practice and then have a nice and slow breakfast 💙 loved this video!
Olusiowa try Suryanamaskar, it's easy to begin with. At least 5 sets, take rest between each set. Chanting Om thrice will also help in easing out a lot.
Olusiowa, check out Yoga with Adrienne or Fightmaster Yoga, both are channels here on YT. Especially Adrienne is awesome, she has great beginner's practices
I love these videos of yours, Sadia! You have such wonderful tips for a healthier, more mindful and wiser life! I set an alarm clock for bed so I remember to go to bed on time and also have disabled snooze. So helpful!
I still have habit of ignoring that "going to bed alarm" hahhaaa :D Hopeless, but I think that I need to compine ALL the tips from the video and I might get into changing my habits a little healthier side. I think that the best of advices from Sadia was: "something to wait for"...You know, it is easy to go to bed early on Christmas evening, because you know that at the morning you have all those presents...so earlier you go and do your sleeping, earlier that morning comes.....LOL, I'm such a child :D
I dont think you understand how much I adore your videos and channel. Im sure you're proud of both and I find that itself to be very inspiring. Im actually both, I used to be a hardcore night owl but I've always been a morning person at heart, now I currently wake up at around 5 (prayer time) then just stay awake for the rest of the day when most people in my area go back to bed :) Its so much more beautiful and productive that way I found
I'm currently working with a sleep specialist. I had the best habits before I underwent cancer treatments as now I'm having to work really hard to reset my biological clock. The "timing" of this video is so perfect! 😉 thank you!!
This was so incredibly helpful. I’m in the process of reworking my life and recovering from a stressful, trauma-based flow into one that heals, supports, and invigorates me. Part of this process, I’m noticing, is shifting my wakeup time. So many videos like this paint night owls as lazy or less-than; this one was just, point-blank, an offering to help those consistently create a nourishing routine. I will certainly be taking a LOT of this advice. Thank you!
For an inter student ,the routine is so hectic....but in my case I do the same as mentioned above.......schedule everything and taking good sleep....spending a productive day.......i really love being a morning person......I LOVE MY LIFE nd watching sunrise and sunset everyday
I was once a night owl and then shifted in being a morning person cause every night before I go to sleep, I'll keep praying that I'll still be alive tomorrow- knowing that I'll still have plans for my future and for my family's and to the other people. From then on, waking up felt gratifying.
wow, this helps and hopefully shall really help meeee! 8 years into insomnia + depression & it's so hard to move out from that shell huhu thank you 💛 great day ahead 🌻
The fact that I watch your videos make me feel so peaceful and full of positive energy! Thank you so much for what you share with us! Hi from Morocco!!
I’m a notorious night owl. I’m trying to practice more self-care, and I know waking up earlier would help me fit some of those practices in. You are so stunning, your voice is soothing, and your content is fantastic.
I had always been a night owl...like i used to be awake till 3 to 4 AM in the Morning and it was very much satisfying but before two years when i started waking up early like at 5 to 6 AM I could never go back to be a night owl again and it felt awful when i try to be awake past 1 PM....and yes whatever you have mentioned is so right and thanks for sharing such a great video..... And Congratulations for 3 million subscribers I have been your follower for the past 1 year and I have seen all your videos ( and i guess i am watching this video for the 3rd time ) and your positivity is on another level...thanks for inspiring many to stay healthy and peaceful.
I am transitioning from night owl to a morning person.. this is so helpful. Your previous videos have helped me a lot. This video is what I needed!! 😊👍🏻
I have to agree with what she said about enjoying her time when the world is still quiet; that's one of the things I enjoy about getting up early. Something else that makes me happy is when I look out of my balcony window and see cars driving around, because it's comforting to know that I'm not the only one up so early. It's almost like being part of some tight-knit community or exclusive club.
You are so adorable.. gentle, calm ...your eyes , your soft voice..i'm like hypnotized...I love everything about this video! Thank God I came across this channel
I'm a night owl. I'm really having the hard time to switch into being an early birl. But glad to watch this vlog and i got inspired and i'm ready to transform into spending my day wisely by being an early bird.Thank you so much for this.😘
I thought it was just me. Her voice got me stuck but this is a blessing for real. I’m about to go to sleep to this at 4:31am. I am inspired and I have purposeful intentions in my process of becoming an early bird. My “Why”, I recently discovered and it has been hard pursuing it due knowing that my entire sleep rhythm is affecting every category in my life. I need an accountability group or something. For I appreciate how you have presented the info, your videos are clean and vegan-chic. God Bless you and success to anyone who needs to make this change. It seems so small but bad habits kill dreams. We gotta get up.
I always come back to your videos every time I need a pause and when at that point whether you’re going bananas or stressed out 😊♥️ thank you for always make me feel happy and calm
I just came across your channel and I’m loving it so much. Your advice is so practical, positive, and motivating! Sharing it with all my friends that need it
I have depression so i sleep too long or i can't sleep. I have a mental breakdown evry morning for no reason and i almost throw up because of stress. :,) Thank you for listening to my problems. Ur welcome
I was just like you until I started to create habits (look for the Fabolous app) and meditate each morning at 6 or 7 am (Calm app). It's amazing how just simple habits can make your life just a little bit better :)
Get your vitamin D checked. I suffered depression 35 years, on pills, desperate. By accident got my Vitamin D levels corrected for surgery. Depression never returned as long as I take 2000 IU Vitamin D per day. Costs $4 per year. Good luck.
I used to be a night owl sis ❣ But since I have seen this I got motivated... It has been 1 week since I saw this video and I have already kept some steps in becoming a morning person and I'm still keeping some ❤.. I swear telling that u literally changed my life and I can feel the changes... Lots of love ❣
I just found your RUclips channel and it's so humbling and motivating - great to see your genuine self providing practicable actions. Loved this one - snoozing has been my biggest tackle. Tomorrow = no snoozing.
I really love how calm and peaceful you are. I sometimes stress alot if i dont do things perfectly like waking up early, but my negativity never made the situation any better. However your chill attitude makes it easier to work out how to improve. I believe that this mindset is a skill and its a very useful one to develop
Today I came across your channel. This is the third video that I'm watching. I aspire to have a life like that. Though I'm an early bird, I have a chaotic life. Thanks for your wise words. Love from a 17y/o.❤ India🇮🇳
i am like you, and i would put my alarm on the last 10 minutes before sunrise to gain more sleep, but after a while i started to wake up without an alarm, as if an angle will nudge me to wake me up just as fajr call for prayer comes on, it is such a beautiful and serene feeling to pray early in the morning. it sets your whole day to be a giving, productive happy time.
following her for 3yeas now, I've come to just understand that she practices minimalism very well... and that appeals to me. (becuz I haven't gotten there yet) hence, the cleanliness, organization and upliftedness comes off as 'perfection'-- which is clearly not the case😘
I'm definitely a night owl and I really desperately want that to change. I don't have a hard time waking up in the morning, but I have a hard time falling asleep early haha. Thank you for your tips, Sadia! Really enjoyed watching this video ^-^
This is JUST what I need now in my life. Thank you!!! Like others who have commented below, I have experienced PTSD with resultant depression and anxiety. I am much better now, thanks to therapy and YOGA. I am looking to begin morning routines and evening routines that support wonderful health. I am beginning a meditation class this week and am planning on adding that to my mornings. Again, thank you for your inspiration. xx
I’m a night owl since I can remember as a kid. It feeeels so good when I happen to start an early day and this video is so right into what I’m looking for as a deep motivation. I really need to step up my game. I’m looking forward for that “me time” 7am forward day.
I do feel like being better at sleep hygiene makes such a huge difference! If I read at night, I'm much, much more likely to wake up around six. (Though I'm still not mentally used to being up that early...)
I trained to be a morning person! I have an alarm set in the evening that reminds me to turn off the electronics and get ready for bed... In the morning first thing is that I boil water for my tea and do my bed while it is boiling. That way the morning is started and everything else gets easier afterwards.
Sitting outside for 15 minutes. Even in the winter helps me to get my head out of sleep. I do breath exercises. But i'm going to try stretching in the morning, something klinkt when you mentioned it. Thanks for the great tips and beautiful content you make. It helps a lot.
My new favourite youtube channel :) Thank you for creating such peaceful and beautiful inspirational videos. As a content creator myself I know how much work goes into creating that clean look and I SO appreciate your having given time to making these! Thank you :)
I'm such a night owl... Always have been. But as I've grown older and the way my body feels and also moving back to my home state of Alaska, time is of the essence! We have very short days and the darkness comes at about 4:30. So I've been learning that I really need to wake up early to get things done. I've been having a hard time with this because I'm a night owl. But I have realized I have got to change that. Thank you so much for this video. Tonight I am going to sleep earlier 15 mins before I usually go to bed and set my alarm for 15 mins earlier than what I usually wake up, I do believe that just these 15 mins will help regulate my body easier into getting up early! Thank you for sharing!! 🥰
I'm a night owl for sure! I've tried the transition a few times, but ir never worked out for me. Now I'm going to try it again with your tips. I think it might work (I hope so).
actually research shows that there are people who are just not fit to be early risers and trying to transition would cause many health and mental problems for them. www.bbc.com/capital/story/20171114-why-you-shouldnt-try-to-be-a-morning-person
My number 1 tip to becoming a morning person: have kids. They'll make sure you wake up early every day. 😂 All jokes aside: this video is very helpful to start actually enjoying those early mornings.
@@lizasaakadze5411 Lol, I have to drag my 3 year old to bed at night but she still wakes up super early. She seems to need way less sleep than I do. But I will get my revenge once puberty hits her. :)
I love how you're not like DO THIS! DO THAT OR ELSE YOU WILL FAIL! you even state that you understand not everyone will have the same intentions as you for the morning, and rather you give general guidelines for everyone to follow and suit it for themselves. I've only started watching you a few days ago but I've been binge watching your videos, and you inspire me especially since I am aiming to enter a dietetics course in university soon! 😇🌻
Sadia, I’m a natural morning person. It’s my time when the whole world is still in the sleep mode. That makes me feel like I’m that much ahead of everything else. Also, I wake up feeling hungry and I’ve always had breakfast which is my favorite meal of the day. In fact, I can have breakfast all day. Last week, I tried one of your oatmeal recipes and it was so simple and healthy and so yummy as well. Into a pan of boiling steel cut oats in milk, I added banana and cinnamon. Once done, I put it in a bowl and topped it off with some frozen berries and it was out of this world. Thanks. I’ll be making some hummus tomorrow; the first of the five you introduced. Wish me luck. From New York...
Lol I'm like 3 videos in and I really feel like you're the female version of me :D I used to be a night owl and transitioned to a morning person the exact same way. I also follow a plant based healthy diet, love riding a bicycle and I do calisthenics, yoga and meditation. Friends are often criticizing me because this lifestyle has really decreased my social interaction but it makes me much happier and productive. It was life changing for me and now I'm not craving social interaction at all and love spending time alone.
Watching this video again after an year..but still the same happiness and faith whenever I see you. You've changed many lives. Thanks Sadia. Eagerly waiting for your next video.

This is so true

My husband and I have recently committed to getting up at 5 together to have quiet time to get ready and drink coffee together before the kids wake up. It has made such a huge difference for us! Mandy Lape Wow, 5 am? That's really something! :-) Mindful greetings, Simple Happy Zen
Wow! How did you get your husband to commit as well? I find I have such a hard time convincing him to follow through!
Haha it was his idea!!! I was the one who needed convincing. 😅😴

Try exercising! I swear it adds energy to you
Having an exercise class to go to every weekday morning at 9 AM has given my life structure. That is what I particularly needed. 2020, on quarantine, procrastination took over, I'll definitely be doing this.. will give an update.. stay safe! 😊
What job lets you exercise every day at 9am?
3:32 That was the most graceful, effortless dismount of a bike I've ever seen! Lol. Great advice, as always. Thanks Sadia!

Sadia in portuguese means Healthy; thats what i think seen her
Yes, it does.
Joao Paulo Sadia in Arabic means Lucky, that also applies to her.
Valentina Lobo Saudável means healthy and so does sadia. I hadn't heard of it before looking it up just now, it's probably more common in Portugal. I think maybe that's why the food producer's called Sadia
Really??? ❤️❤️❤️
@@sadiarouffami8205 Yep
I used to hate mornings but after being a healthy person I started to love mornings , wakeup early , have a breakfast and a cup of tea and read a book. ♥♥♥
Yassss ❤
Sadia, I smiled when I saw the title of today's video! I'm on the second morning of getting up with my husband about two hours earlier than is our usual habit. It feels soooo good to be up earlier, and I truly want to become a "morning person." :) Thank you for your tips!
It's nice you've got a partner in crime; keeping each other accountable and doing it as a team must really help! ❤
I find it lovely that people wake up to relaxing music/ podcasts / etc. I need party music or else i will find it relaxing and sleep through it 😩
I became a morning person after years of being night owl. Thank you.
do you feel it was worth all this trouble?
I love your channel because your videos are always filled with such gentle reminders. It's easy to forget that when we learn something new, we are bound to forget it unless we practice it or hear it frequently. Your videos are bringing me back to center over and over again ❤️
This was lovely to read, Destiny. Thank you for sharing ❤
“Gentle reminders” that’s seriously the best way to put it, I love that. :)

What made me become an early bird is Yoga 🙏🏼 since I started practicing I always wake up early to practice and then have a nice and slow breakfast 💙 loved this video!
Naki Nakiii vedi vedi chi si ritrova 😍❤
Can you recommend some yoga exercises or a yt video with yoga that helped you?
Olusiowa try Suryanamaskar, it's easy to begin with. At least 5 sets, take rest between each set. Chanting Om thrice will also help in easing out a lot.
Olusiowa, check out Yoga with Adrienne or Fightmaster Yoga, both are channels here on YT. Especially Adrienne is awesome, she has great beginner's practices
Yeeees. I listen to PickUpLimes and YogaWithAdriene every day.
I love these videos of yours, Sadia! You have such wonderful tips for a healthier, more mindful and wiser life! I set an alarm clock for bed so I remember to go to bed on time and also have disabled snooze. So helpful!
Thank you, Nisha ❤
Hahaha i've never thought of setting an alarm FOR bed. Thanks! I'll start doing that.
It's so useful! otherwise, i stay up way too late.
I think the host’s voice itself can soothe my entire day. A gift in itself.
This girl is literally so so calm and at peace
Mommy's Got Chemo Brain I hope you're doing well! ❤️❤️❤️
Sharon Lambert thank you so much!! ❤
I'm such a morning person! I LOVE the magic hour that the early morning brings! Bed by 8, usually. Thx for your wonderful ideas and beautiful video.
So much respect and love for you, Sadia
I was once a night owl and then shifted in being a morning person cause every night before I go to sleep, I'll keep praying that I'll still be alive tomorrow- knowing that I'll still have plans for my future and for my family's and to the other people. From then on, waking up felt gratifying.
wow, this helps and hopefully shall really help meeee! 8 years into insomnia + depression & it's so hard to move out from that shell huhu
thank you 💛 great day ahead 🌻
The fact that I watch your videos make me feel so peaceful and full of positive energy! Thank you so much for what you share with us! Hi from Morocco!!
I’m a notorious night owl. I’m trying to practice more self-care, and I know waking up earlier would help me fit some of those practices in.
You are so stunning, your voice is soothing, and your content is fantastic.
I had always been a night owl...like i used to be awake till 3 to 4 AM in the Morning and it was very much satisfying but before two years when i started waking up early like at 5 to 6 AM I could never go back to be a night owl again and it felt awful when i try to be awake past 1 PM....and yes
whatever you have mentioned is so right and thanks for sharing such a great video.....
And Congratulations for 3 million subscribers I have been your follower for the past 1 year and I have seen all your videos ( and i guess i am watching this video for the 3rd time ) and your positivity is on another level...thanks for inspiring many to stay healthy and peaceful.
Your videos are so positive that I can feel the energy to change!
This came at a perfect time, for the past few days i had changed my sleeping routine and started to wake up early at sunrise and it really helps!
Omg
hey just me...it's just me...just me
Just Me 😂
I am transitioning from night owl to a morning person.. this is so helpful.
I didn’t use to, but I’ve lately become an early bird and I love mornings so much
You‘re such a warm and kind person!☺️
I like how you said we domt have to do the same thing bt you're just showing us from your point. Thank you
why is your timing always so perfect haha
Sadia you’re an inspiration! I’m so happy I found out your RUclips channel! Congrats on every single idea you share with us!
I always come back to your videos every time I need a pause and when at that point whether you’re going bananas or stressed out 😊♥️ thank you for always make me feel happy and calm
Her smile is so bright; it’s enough to wake me up in the morning.
I just came across your channel and I’m loving it so much. Your advice is so practical, positive, and motivating! Sharing it with all my friends that need it
what I need to include in my morning routine: prayer, Quran (I'm Muslim), stretching, exercise (30 minutes), reading, showering all before 8 am 👍
same 😁
بارك الله فيكم 😷
MashaAllah!

I have depression so i sleep too long or i can't sleep. I have a mental breakdown evry morning for no reason and i almost throw up because of stress. :,)
Thank you for listening to my problems. Ur welcome
Hamilton ate my soul hope to get better

Oh where r u from?
I was just like you until I started to create habits (look for the Fabolous app) and meditate each morning at 6 or 7 am (Calm app). It's amazing how just simple habits can make your life just a little bit better :)
Get your vitamin D checked. I suffered depression 35 years, on pills, desperate. By accident got my Vitamin D levels corrected for surgery. Depression never returned as long as I take 2000 IU Vitamin D per day. Costs $4 per year. Good luck.
I used to be a night owl sis ❣
But since I have seen this I got motivated...
It has been 1 week since I saw this video and I have already kept some steps in becoming a morning person and I'm still keeping some ❤..
I swear telling that u literally changed my life and I can feel the changes... Lots of love ❣
I also became a morning person like this... Before i really did hate mornings. But for last 4 years i am happy to start my day! Love this video!
You’re an angel. I’ve seen so many of these waking up early videos and yours was the best. Sooo Peaceful.....
Damn, it's like you're reading my mind... I've watched tons of morning routine videos already but you managed to give new and insightful tips!
I'm glad you find it helpful, Quijote :)
I just found your RUclips channel and it's so humbling and motivating - great to see your genuine self providing practicable actions. Loved this one - snoozing has been my biggest tackle. Tomorrow = no snoozing.
This girl though, she's amazing and so inspiring
I just love you girl. your voice really clams down my mind and automatically fixes all stress.
I just discovered your channel and website a few days ago and it has already created such an impact on my life. Thank you!!!
My motivation to get up early in the morning , is that I get up to pray fajir and continue my daily activity and go to bed early.
i am like you, and i would put my alarm on the last 10 minutes before sunrise to gain more sleep, but after a while i started to wake up without an alarm, as if an angle will nudge me to wake me up just as fajr call for prayer comes on, it is such a beautiful and serene feeling to pray early in the morning. it sets your whole day to be a giving, productive happy time.
YUP....... I JUST GET OUT OF BED TO PRAY FAJR.......AND ITS JUST AMAZING TO START YOUR DAY
You are a joy to watch dear, you have a calmness in your demeanor like that of saints 🤗
Your vocabulary is so wonderful. I greatly appreciate that you think about what you want to say and avoid saying “um” and “like” unnecessarily. 🙏
I love being a productive morning person, until, every month, my PMS cycle royally destroys any hope of a morning schedule 😂
Daamn Its Cassandra Bankson... :D
Hahah i know!
Uh, Same! 😑😑😑😑
I finally found my twins ,girl i go through the same thing too LOL
Finally, my soulmate😂😙😂!
Your life is too perfect!
HerHighnesss88
No one is perfect.
following her for 3yeas now, I've come to just understand that she practices minimalism very well... and that appeals to me.
You don't even think how much positive influence you have on me!!! Love you
This is JUST what I need now in my life.
I'm with you on the boiling hot water first!
I like the evening alarm - good idea!
tabeazoe evening alarm is new to me iam gonna start right now
I'm really tired from an early day shoot and you voice is just like a comfy bed. So relaxing!
You are... Stunning...
Nothing malicious.. Would just really like to give you a compliment.
Just today morning i wanted to watch a video on how to become a morning person! And amazing video! I love your channel!
ribbon berry ooooooooh
Man you voice is soo soothing when I am done my work i just listen to your voice to relax myself
I'm a night owl for sure! I've tried the transition a few times, but ir never worked out for me. Now I'm going to try it again with your tips. I think it might work (I hope so).
me too.
Night owls unite!
actually research shows that there are people who are just not fit to be early risers and trying to transition would cause many health and mental problems for them. www.bbc.com/capital/story/20171114-why-you-shouldnt-try-to-be-a-morning-person
I'm also a night owl. Getting up early hasn't worked for me no matter how many times I try.
My number 1 tip to becoming a morning person: have kids. They'll make sure you wake up early every day. 😂
All jokes aside: this video is very helpful to start actually enjoying those early mornings.
Saida Bouj 😂😂😂😂😂
Saida Bouj can’t relate. Even when i was 3 -5 my mom would force me out of bed in morning and drag me there by night. 😂
@@lizasaakadze5411 Lol, I have to drag my 3 year old to bed at night but she still wakes up super early. She seems to need way less sleep than I do. But I will get my revenge once puberty hits her. :)
trueee!
The kids didn’t do it for me...(they’re late sleepers like me), but the puppy sure did! Lol! 6:30am is walk time and he won’t let me forget it! 😂
I would like to see the video of quick and nurshering breakfast! Thanks sadia! Love from Argentina
Your positivity glows on your face
U are light personified dear...may god always keep u safe❤
my first impression: how can a human have such clear and flawless skin--
Watching your videos really motivates me to do better ,Thank God I found your videos 😊 keep up the great work
I'll come back to this at a later day. Currently dealing with an 8-month-old who still wakes every 2 hours (or more!) every night. 😴
Cidalia Martins ....same here....😀😀
So much respect for moms, keep up the good work 💜
Being a mom to a young one is exhilarating and exhausting. You get sleep when you can!
Cidalia Martins in the same boat as you 😪😴
I love how you're not like DO THIS!
For a young woman, you are remarkable. Well done you!
I am going to give all of these a go. Thank you so much. I love your channel. 💋
I am rewarding myself for the extra hour by listening to Your vids :-). Thank You.
