Humble reply from me, as PQ may be too busy until she’s a chance to read your comment…you could possibly marinate crumbled tofu in miso paste (one hour or overnight in the fridge) then fry in cooking olive oil (not extra virgin) to make crispy but not on too high heat and not for ages, just to make crispy. If you’re not vegan then crispy beef (pasture fed posh cut or groundbeef). In both cases add a dash of soya sauce and or Worcester sauce for a nice salty taste.
