Hikmah Exchange is Sarawak 1st smart building with an approximately 4-acre development at Jalan Haji Taha in the heart of Kuching city that is set to become a leading centre for government administrative centre and businesses.
With an estimated Gross Construction Value (GCV) of RM350 million, the development will encompass office space underpinned by an event centre and fine dining F&B offerings. Total gross development floor area is 140,464 meter square, which is anchored by two 22 storey high tower, 13 storey office towers, an event centre with a capacity of 1000 pax event hall, up to 7 units function rooms, Exhibition and Gallery, and fine dining F&B offerings. Hikmah Exchange is developed by PSB and has a development period of 3 years to be completed by end of 2020.
The project is awarded to JSNT2 TMK JV Sdn. Bhd. Via open tender based on latest construction technology using Industrialised Building System (IBS).
This project also has been selected by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as Top 100 Iconic Building in Malaysia using IBS.
