About the song "Rechenka": This is an old ritual song about an orphan bride. The girl has no parents. The river was considered the boundary between the world of the living and the dead. Обожаю смотреть реакцию учителей вокала на исполнение песен Дианой)))) Самые популярные их слова : "нереально", " фантастично", "как?", " космос", "мистическое", "" безумие ". Объединить, конечно, можно: " Как можно так нереально СДЕЛАТЬ (дать новую жизнь) песне, чтобы она, пройдя через космос, мистически коснулась не только души, но и "первобытного" ( безумного),... Hi Ken, (this was on 25 Sept 2021 - next show is 2 Oct 2021) (Elvis Presley cover)
This was the first of 9 shows. Each contestant(9) gets to sing 1 song of 9 different 'genres/styles'. In this first show
Diana had to do a song from the Grammy Awards, next show someone else will have to do the Grammy.
The tenth person in the middle of the top row is a different guest each show.
The FULL video link below has 11 segments, the first is an intro to the show, the 9 that follow are all of the contestants
performing, the second last segment is Diana singing, and the last segment is the voting session.
No contestant can vote for themselves. The scoring points are from 2 to 9 and each point can only be given once in
every show. (NO Judges, voting done by contestants)
The contestants are as follows: 7 from the "Mask" show and 1 from the "Superstar"(Alica Mon) show, also 1 from the
"You Are Super"(Diana) show.

Her voice is so, satisfying. It has dimensions beyond any other voice. Full, robust, but not gutteral or sloppy. I can’t wait to hear her after a couole years in the music university. I hope they dont try to homogenize her and stick her too far in outdated disciplines. I hope Igor mentors her and gives her the same support as Dimash . I want to buy all her albums now, like her future ones-now.

The song rechenka or little river, is a Russian folk song, even before Christianity, that an orphan girl comes to the river and prays to the spirits of nature. The song is about the fact that my mother, father and brothers were killed by the enemies, there is no one to take care of her.
There are about 30 variants of this song, but the basis of the content of each of the variants is the sad appeals of the orphan bride to her deceased parents, asking them for "blessings" and help for marriage, for a family to strangers.
There are other versions of this song, where the heroine appeals to her brothers, and even to her parents, with a call to return to earth in the form of a bird to her native home.
At the end of the song, the girl sails away to a strange tribe, to a strange family.
This song appeared before 900 AD, before the Russians sailed to conquer Constantinople and converted to Christianity. The roots of the song are in pagan Russia, it is a very, very old folk folklore.
And since Diana is an orphan herself, this topic is very close to her. When Diana sang this song, she was only 14 years old.

Спасибо за реакцию .. Перевод этих строк . вам ничего не скажет . Эти строчки записаны в глубинке России около 200 лет назад фольклористами . Песня собрана из двух разных песен, как пазл . Сирота идет к реке пообщаться с духом матери.. ( река - граница живого и мертвого ) Духи собираются вокруг неё .появился дух матери и спрашивает - что же ты сидишь и не улыбаешься (страшный голос). 2 часть . Девочка рассказывает , что выходит замуж за богатого , все есть , но нет родительского благословения ....( в те времена у сироты была нелегкая жизнь даже замужем , на уровне служанки ..) и девушка сев в лодку , отказалась от "богатой" судьбы и отправилась в никуда - страшно! )))) Это уже придумки хореографов .. Диана молодец ! она очень артистична !

When when she sang that slide it was incredibly a long slide and Incredibly a deep slide and you incredibly broke it up in the middle without returning your playback to the point where she started to slide. That was one of the most impressive slide I've ever heard and because you broke it in the middle you couldn't comment on the fact that is probably one of the most impressive slide ever heard by any singer
