How to make 3D zig zag end grain butcher block, cutting board

I was using approx 60cm long wood.
cut to 50mm strips. Plus padauk split on half.
after planning down each glued part was 45mm x 45mm square but padauk and oak was approx 20mm each plus purple heart 5mm
Finished board size is 52cm x 27cm x 4.2cm thick
As I have bad clamps it slightly moved on 1st glue up. That's why I used planer to get it straight back at 90° angle.
I hope you get idea how to make it. I'm sure there is few another ways how-to make this pater.
