Kosmos 100% right! I learned how to grill from him and I’ll tell you what I definitely stay away from steak houses now. Every time I go to one they’re no where as good as the way Kosmo teaches with his seasonings. Thank you Kosmo! 🍻

Hey Kosmo! I’d like to have that same hat that your wearing in this video to represent. I’ve enjoyed your seasoning products so much for about four years now. Wanting to try your new seasonings, sauces and more. Great video as always. I own the master built 560 and freaking love it. It replaced three of my other charcoal grills. It’s an all in one for sure.
Last but certainly not least, welcome back Wes! 🎉
I learned how to cook from my grandma when I was about nine years old. Got fourth place in a chilly cook off contest at 12. I only use charcoal bc I mean come on. Lol. Ever since I’ve been using your products and methods, it has taken me to a whole other level. Friends and family can’t compete. Lol. Thank you for all that you do and have taught me over the years. Keep everything your doing coming. I need to get some grill racks for my 560. ✌🏻

I totally agree, I only go to ethnic restaurants, like Lebanese, Cajun, Italian, Jamaican, or maybe the local bar for apps, or greasy burger etc. If I want a steak, I cook it at home on the Webber Kettle!

      Give this a try -
      1. Place steak on grate, cook for 1 minute 20 seconds
      2. Flip completely over, cook for 1 minute 20 seconds
      3. Rotate same side 90°, cook for 1 minute 20 seconds
      4. Flip completely over, cook for 1 minute 20 seconds
Cook for longer if you like your steak above medium rare/medium 👊🏼💥

I’m confused. @ 3:06 you stated you used Cow Cover and Dirty Bird Hot. Is that correct? I have the Cow Cover (HOT). Saturday 7-1-2023, I purchased 3 more perfect 1-1/2” thick Ribeye’s. I rubbed a tiny bit of olive oil all over then a light coat of Hawaiian salt and pepper all over, then completely covered the steak with you fantastic Cow Cover Hot. They came out perfect and delicious. Thanks

Thanks for sharing trade your cow cover from the Walmart. It's the real deal absolutely love it. The steaks in this video for me or just way too thin and that's why they kind of over cooked a bit. I won't buy a steak unless it's over 1,1/4" thick.

Man I do it kinda like that but I just dont like those grill grate marks. Cooked 100s of steaks too. Sometimes I sear em on the flat side of the grill grate then move em indirect to finish. Maybe im weird... just don't dig the black grill grate marks.
