    The gyro copter pilot actually benefited from his "partnership" with Max. Because he helped Max deliver the semi, he was accepted by the people in the wall, and while he seemed an unlikely leader, he must have gotten them to a safe home since the wild child grew to adulthood.

    • @DennisMoore664
      @DennisMoore664 2 года назад +3

      Better is subjective. They were both very different sequels from the originals in part because the budgets were so much different. MM1 650K - MM2.2 million / T1 - 6.4 mil - T2 60-100 mil. I don't think anyone can argue that MM2 was superior to the original. But where T2 was all around bigger and had better effects than T1, we all knew it was going to be a summer blockbuster. T1 came out of nowhere and the suspense and horror in the original film, mixed with the pacing, actors and music - Kyle dreaming of the future, the Terminator during the shot out scene at the police station, or Sarah being targeted by the Terminator at the nightclub. For me, T1 is the best film of the franchise. And then there was the gun store scene
      ...
      "The Terminator: Phased plasma rifle in the 40 Watt range.
      Shopkeeper: Hey, just what you see, pal.
      The Terminator: The Uzi 9mm."
      ...
      I think the Terminator and Alien series are better franchises to compare the first movie to the second - both originals came from nowhere, were very different from their big budget action-packed sequel, and took the world by storm forever changing our futures.
      And damn straight about Wez - when he comes up over the hood and grabs the Feral Kid - HOLY CARP!

      You know I'm not knocking the first one but people build it up to be this action pack thrill Ride or something. I'm sorry but I just don't feel like you can compare the first one and the sequel to each other like that. They're each their own separate movie .part 2 could have happened without part 1 having its events. they're just so different. Part 1 is good for the story the narrative and the backstory etc. Part 2 has all that stuff out of the way and can get immediately into the crazy stuff which makes it so great and so much better than part one

      Doesn't want to cause unnecessary damage to the rig and is trying to get back to base as fast is he can. If he just plowed through the Humungus probably would have put more shots through the rig.

      @@James-ne3lc nah, humungus only put 1 bullet into the gun, by the time he put more the rig would have been long gone

      He would have ran out of fuel in a few miles, and he wanted his car back.

    • @soldat2501
      @soldat2501 Год назад

      That would have been risky. Crunching over cars and smashing through junk, you can risk all manner of mechanical problems, the worst of which is stalling or lose so much momentum that wasters can jump on the rig and overwhelm you. Remember, Max just got it started and has no idea what condition it was really in. Any jarring or impacts could have disabled it, then he'd really be in a world of shit. Staying on the road, away from the camp was the smart play. Be like Max, be smart.

Do they not see the car wreck's in front ? and what happens when you try to drive a car into one, and what could happen to you ? oh and what do they eat ? well there's chicken's, pigs, even camel in the gate outside, I'm sure the gang ate that lol !
