From 5:15 to last - I tried to understand a lot, but unable to get it. Can you please help me what shortcut you use on Background Copy 2 layer to create a New layer and further process.
I am using photoshop cc2016 & my problem is 1) i can not see the option Refine edge, it is showing as Select & Mask 2) i can not isolate the subject .. 3) i can not see the modify option its looks invisible? can you please help me out. Thanks
Its good up until 3 minutes 30 then when you say you want to separate the main subject from the copy by simply clicking on layer mask and simply expand etc HOW?
hi dear really i like this way and apply in my work but i have problem after making blur with background. the bird going hard and not harmony with blur background and some details of bird like hair and feathers out of body disappeared with blur. i don't know how to use refine edge tool with focus area. may you help me and make video explain how can i use refine edge? thank you very much

What if you want to go back and edit the mask we created? I can't seem to go back to the focus select mask without just starting over.

Weren't you watching what he selected from the menu? You can't just listen, you need to watch their moves, like playing hockey!

how did you make layer 1 ?
"layer 1" is stamp visible copy. press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E. It creates a new layer containing all merged content.

oh man this is the easiest way better than use quick selection but how to refine edge to make a better edge.
