The ingredients
3 eggs
150gr Sugar
1 Vanillin
100ml Seed oil
100ml Milk
200gr flour
12gr Powdered Yeast
Baking tray 31x23
180 ° 40 min
For the cream
500ml Milk
100gr Sugar
2 tablespoons Corn starch
1 Spoon Flour
1 Spoon Bitter cocoa
100gr Chocolate
200gr Whipped cream
Before serving, let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours

È davvero bellissima e buonissima. Tutte le ricette che fa lei signora, sono davvero squisite. Al posto dell'olio di semi quanto burro devo mettere? Devo scioglierlo? Con l'olio di semi, non mi sento a mio agio. Ho provato un paio di volte a usarlo al posto del burro, col risultato che il dolce aveva tutti buchi come il groviera, e dopo nemmeno un giorno era come marmo, e mia madre ovviamente mi ha fatto la predica, dicendo che da generazioni loro usano il burro. Per quanto riguarda la teglia ahimè non posso usare quelle di vetro, il mio forno è statico e quindi non adatto al vetro. Quanto tempo deve cuocere la torta in forno statico? La torta posso bagnarla con una bagna analcolica prima di farcirla? Grazie mille per le ricette che mette a disposizione per tutti.
