What he did with Bournemouth is astonishing. The work he has done there is not in any way worse than Klopps work at Anfield. It is different clubs, different culture and transfer money and all. The point is that Howe took Bournemouth to another level. Those managers like Howe or Wilder are not appreciated enough. Those are really very very good managers. They deserve the same respect as big dogs like Mourinho, Guardiola, Klopp or Zidane. Their work is not reflected in winning trophies, but in taking the club to higher level and stabilizing it. I cant stress enough how essential Howe is to Bournemouth. He really is a special manager.
Unfortunately his players have decided they want to desert a sinking ship, they have a real struggle on their hands to stay up this season and the players attitude isn't going to help. Sean Dyche is another underrated manager, his image isn't the same as his actual coaching ability. If you read interviews with him he thinks more deeply about the game and his role in it than the tough looking skinhead who can't speak after games would have you believe.
Only underappreciated by the press. He won LMA Manager of the Decade a few years ago, so his peers clearly know how good he is I'm just so happy to see him recently looking much more invigorated than those last few months with us Love him to bits, he will be forever celebrated here at Dean Court
Mate....there are a load of managers that have won the champions league, how many managers have brought a team up from the fourth division? and kept them in the prem for five seasons.
As a lifelong Newcastle fan ,never been so optimistic at a managerial appointment.. This kid is the fucking business..His work ethic and ethos are essential to success. Combined with an open cheque Book.. I see NUFC in the silverware very soon..
best football trainer ( manager) in Europe, to bring smallest town team EVER in Premier League - from 4th level; to keep them there for years - and wining so many bigest clubs- long live Eddie the King
Eddie Howe, is so underrated, under appreciated as a football manager. What u see of Bournemouth football club today r all thanks to him, he need a statue in front the stadium. Now he is doing magic in Newcastle United, this man need a documentary of his own. Respect Gaffer!!
I knew Bournemouth were a small team who miraculously got promoted to the premier league but I just found out the Eddie Howe story after he left Bournemouth after their relegation. Such an unbeliavable managerial career. Best of luck to Edddie and Bournemouth in the future. I hope players like Josh King, Callum Wilson and others will stay and help them get back to PL
Got a strange feelining Howe will be in 2 day and iff he gets the backing in January we may just on a rd to a TOP manager in him for years to cmoe you never know.
BCP has a population of around 350,000 folk so it’s not as if they’re drawing from a tiny amount of resources for support at least. The first game I was at was a 3rd Division promotion battle against Notts County - watched by 15,000 supporters ! Years later we had Wade Elliot - he was fucking brilliant along with the rest of those fellas 😁😇🏴❤️from sfc territory just 12 miles west
He has Pompey connections so if things don’t work out for them I guess I’m stating the obvious by thinking his name will come up. With no traffic the journey between the cities is about 55 minutes. Best of luck to Newcastle though because we get how the community care about the club. Bournemouth & Poole etc has 400 thousand people - many of them should start following their local club like you in the NE 👍
Thought I'd watched everything on Eddie. Thankyou The Coaches Voice - I learnt a few more things today 😁As a Bournemouth fan SO proud of everything he has achieved and now he is on another new and fantastic journey...🍒🖤🤍⚽

Him at Newcastle with a different owner smells success. Could see he would be a very welcome fit for the prem & Newcastle
Well done sir, lotto numbers?
Very perceptive prediction!

Some really encouraging stuff for Newcastle just watching this alone
Love this man. An inspiration for us aspiring managers, perseverance and principles, that's what Howe brings to a fun, interesting team.
