@@Grahf0 you can make it at home, look up "tagliatelle al ragù" recipes on youtube. The sauce is only bacon, minced beef, carrot, onion, celery, tomato paste, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper. Simmer for 4h, even in a crock pot. If you wanna use normal pasta instead of egg pasta, add some heavy cream to the sauce. There is not even celery in it lol and you are not supposed to use spaghetti, either short pasta or wide flat noodles of egg pasta
