Cropped trench trend will not endure because it is not flattering as is the long version. Proportion is just not right. I’m happy that many classics are trending.
I don't get the sling-back. You say you don't want the toes exposed, but usually the heel is way more ugly to look at. And then there is al those nasty bits like small stones and sand slinging inside. Thank you. I'll stick with Mary Janes.
😀I like how practical you are. I am as well. I like to look at a nice pedicured foot in sandals, but it's not always the case is it? I prefer closed toes not because they are ugly but because any type of opening usually comes with blisters for me. I haven't found one pair that would work. So I choose close toes and I wear nylons, yes even in the summer at work in the office. If I go to the beach where there is water I go bare feet with slides but even those don't last long. I know it's not the best but at least I avoid blisters. I do agree that heels and dry skin must be maintained. Isn't being a woman high maintenance enough? 😅
