I had purchased new ford figo diesel in 2012 after my 3 cars (Santro, Accent, Liva), and I can confidently tell that Figo was the best among all, even I have driven many other cars, It had never created even a single problem. I do frequent off road in the mountains and never disappointed. Ford Figo was the best car in the matter of driving, build quality, mileage and performance. Recently sold after used till 2 lakh kms without any issue. Moreover, man who purchased my car is extremely happy with it
I drove my Ford ikon for more than 6 years. And sold after 63500 km. 2010 Nov to 2017 Feb. Cabin Noise ki bohot problem thi and mileage highway pe 23 thi. But service ka koi jyada expense nahi tha

I have the 2012 Figo diesel, driven 1 lakh kms. I am pretty happy with it till now. Low service cost at Ford. No major engine or mechanical issues. Car is very stable, great build quality, decent mileage and fun to drive. But yes, NVH levels are not very good and ground clearance is an issue. Overall pros outweigh the cons. However I was a bit surprised that Ravi and Rohit sir were very negative in their review of this car. May be they are comparing this 2013 car with current gen cars, which are obviously more refined.

I've learnt driving in this car alone on my own by just watching Ravi bhai video. My uncle gave this car to me. My first car Figo 1.2 petrol 2011 model. One of the most stable car, steering is stiff but it serves the purpose when you cruising at 100+kmpl, it gives you that confidence. Yes the gear is so hard that you have to work on it to shift gears. Second drawback is the ground clearance. It hits the pot hole hard if it's fully loaded with passengers.

I am owning Figo Diesel 2015 model, I am quite happy with this car. I drove 1,11,000 KMS and I find most powerful car in this segment. The long driving experience is also good. It has one disadvantage, that's clutch & It's very hard.

Yeah, so far lucky on both occasions. 1. WagonR VXi of 2010 2. Fiat Linea Diesel top variant 2010 WagonR bought in 2014 at 2.5 lac with 39k running and sold in 2019 at 1.9 lac with 68k running Linea bought in 2015 at 3.3 lac with 48k running and still going strong at 93k running When u drive sedan u won’t be happy with Hatchbacks, going to transform Linea with Interior and exterior restoration. Engine is powerful even in 2021 and turbo when kicks in leaves behind all mediocre cars
Figo(2012) is My first (new) car and clocked 1 Lakh 700 kms till date, still runs like a new car because i do servicing in ford only, (except 1 service, expensive as compared to local garage but when it comes to genuine parts and quality of work i am satisfied with ford ) also gear shifting is not that hard as mentioned in this review ☺️, the major issues i always face is the ground clearance of the car and stiff suspension, makes a lot of noise on bad roads otherwise Ride, Handling and built is still better than some of 2020s hot selling Maruti Nexa hatbacks !

Mine figo..2012..titamium..2lakh 30 thousand done..first cluctch plate chanhed just now..after 2.25 lakh..no problem till now..only timing belt changed twice..car runs 600 to 700 k.m per week..good average..good build quality..great suspension..
Clutch plate change cost you how much and also timing belt how much it cost you? My car is about to have these changes. With time belt do I need to change pulley etc??
I have ford figo titanium diesel 2012 model and driven 156000 km. I am happy with the performance of car and on road feel like heavy car. Car is stable and as such till time no mechanical or engine issue. Low service cost and still service by ford service station.
You people were too skeptical and same as others in Indians. jayada mat bhagao..jyada kharcha ayega... if you check with the owner, he is more than Happy and what he spent is nominal. Mine is 2014 may purchased.. diesel ford km 68 till date...no spare part replaced only last year front suspension was replaced with dish and brake pad... Til date... My car runs mainly mumbai pune highway.. so tire has to be change at 45km
I also own a first hand 2010 model figo diesel titanium and still love to drive it. First of all if you see about the features it gave in titanium version was way ahead of that time. Even bestseller swift of that time were not having those safey and comfort features. Engine is very awesome and perfomance was way better than i20 of that time. It boosts driving confidence. Till date it can easily manage to reach 140+ kmph with full confidence. My car is about to reach 1,00,000 km now as it was not driven very much in past few years. But still i love my figo to drive. As we talk about its maintenance, i admit its spares are bit costly but reapairs are not frequent. General AMC is nearly 4-6k range. Yes NVH levels are bit high but can be contained by loud and good music. :D. And low GC is an issue with this car but I think low GC gives it more stability on road at high speeds. Still having this little beast and enjoying every bit of it.

I am owing a diesel top variant Ford Figo Titanium of 2012. I touched a speed of 173kms top speed @bangalore highway and many times 165-168kms. This vehicle is a champ. Once I have crossed 1647kms from palakkad - kerala to Andheri- mumbai in 22hrs in this vehicle. Also bangalore to Mumbai in 15 hrs and 25mins. And twice from mangalore to Mumbai in same day. when this engine of this vehicle heatup after a drive of 1 hr. it perform amazing. I love Ford Figo like a racer car.. worth a try.

Bhai ford figo ka ye model 1 no. hai.... I have driven this for long time iska handling bohat sahi hai aur steering bhi iska mazedaar hai. Maintenance bhi itna kuch high nahi hai Ford ki service bhi achi hai. Aur sabse acha decision ye liya hai k alto k badle ye li it's much safer than brand new alto also.
This car is solid like a tank, no turbo lag, excellent driving dynamics and a steering setup to die for. It feels like a race kart, mine is 2011 model and and driven around 87k. I have upgraded the tyres and with the improved ground clearance the car runs like a mini SUV. No current hatchback feels as solid as this car.

How can one identify whether the KM are tempered or not ? Is there any device available in the market to identify? Someone who doesn’t have much experience of driving cars won’t be able to identify the tempered KM by looking at car tyres or engine noise. So if there a device with the help of which one can identify if KM are tempered or not?

Koi extra kharcha nahi hai.Speed jabardast, milage jabardast,music system jabardast, riding and handling jabardast, body jabardast, head room and leg room jabardast, comfort jabardast. Actual me is gadi me sirf 2 kamiyan hain ..(1) low ground clearance (2) kabhi kabhi kisi kisi gadi me injector ya turbo me problem ho jati hai. Baki sab kuch jabardast hai is gadi me.

After then there are many sites like boodmo that sell online parts of almost each vehicle. Even Chevrolet parts are available on boodmo.Engine parts of Ford are available all over the world because it's TDCI engine is sold in many countries.EBAY and AMAZON. COM are international sites for parts.Service can be done in any local garage.Hence you may buy this car with no any tension. Rest is your interest. But I love my Figo and I believe it will serve me till it's registration expires.
It's not like kilometer back but after 60k these cars needs lots of parts replaces . And parts are expensive n not many part dealers in small cities other than dealer service center Always buy maruti or Hyundai if you are first time buyer new or used.

Sometimes there is an argument that justifies both sides. Figo had a peppy / punchy engine. Through Figo, Ford had graduated amazingly, from the previous models. But based on my 13-15 years driving experience, yeh peppy engine ki wajah sey "Bad driving habits" bhi encourage ho Sakti hai. Ford never had control over the "driving" / "bad driving habits". 5000-6000 kaafi badi amount hai and service miss Karna ya kharaab jagah sey karwana quite possible hai. Toh why take the risk of 1 lakh plus kilometres run car? (That's the reason why many people advice against it)

I m using this car since long time i have petrol model , ride quality is excellent, steering works pretty well as compared to Hyundai's nd maruti's only problem i found in this car is it feels underpower maybe because its higher weight and milage is also very low..

WagonR bought in 2014 at 2.5 lac with 39k running and sold in 2019 at 1.9 lac with 68k running
Linea bought in 2015 at 3.3 lac with 48k running and still going strong at 93k running
When u drive sedan u won’t be happy with Hatchbacks, going to transform Linea with Interior and exterior restoration.
Engine is powerful even in 2021 and turbo when kicks in leaves behind all mediocre cars

Figo(2012) is My first (new) car and clocked 1 Lakh 700 kms till date, still runs like a new car because i do servicing in ford only, (except 1 service, expensive as compared to local garage but when it comes to genuine parts and quality of work i am satisfied with ford ) also gear shifting is not that hard as mentioned in this review ☺️, the major issues i always face is the ground clearance of the car and stiff suspension, makes a lot of noise on bad roads otherwise Ride, Handling and built is still better than some of 2020s hot selling Maruti Nexa hatbacks !

Mine figo..2012..titamium..2lakh 30 thousand done..first cluctch plate chanhed just now..after 2.25 lakh..no problem till now..only timing belt changed twice..car runs 600 to 700 k.m per week..good average..good build quality..great suspension..
Clutch plate change cost you how much and also timing belt how much it cost you? My car is about to have these changes. With time belt do I need to change pulley etc??
I have ford figo titanium diesel 2012 model and driven 156000 km. I am happy with the performance of car and on road feel like heavy car. Car is stable and as such till time no mechanical or engine issue. Low service cost and still service by ford service station.
You people were too skeptical and same as others in Indians. jayada mat bhagao..jyada kharcha ayega... if you check with the owner, he is more than Happy and what he spent is nominal. Its like people need to understand that Ford is amazing and you can drive it rough and tough. Ravi will now agree as he bought a freestyle.

Maine 4th day return ki Car kyonki mujhe Spinny ne 5 days moneyback guarantee di thi. Bach gaya main. But second hand car lene se better hai ek naya two wheeler le lo. Bahut hi risky hai.

Mine is 2014 may purchased.. diesel ford km 68 till date...no spare part replaced only last year front suspension was replaced with dish and brake pad... Til date... My car runs mainly mumbai pune highway.. so tire has to be change at 45km

I also own a first hand 2010 model figo diesel titanium and still love to drive it. First of all if you see about the features it gave in titanium version was way ahead of that time. Even bestseller swift of that time were not having those safey and comfort features. Engine is very awesome and perfomance was way better than i20 of that time. It boosts driving confidence. Till date it can easily manage to reach 140+ kmph with full confidence. My car is about to reach 1,00,000 km now as it was not driven very much in past few years. But still i love my figo to drive. As we talk about its maintenance, i admit its spares are bit costly but reapairs are not frequent. General AMC is nearly 4-6k range. Yes NVH levels are bit high but can be contained by loud and good music. :D. And low GC is an issue with this car but I think low GC gives it more stability on road at high speeds. Still having this little beast and enjoying every bit of it.
Aur haan baarish me to gears purane mahindra tractor se bhi jaada hard ho jaate he, kitna bhi ford walo ko bolo wo nahi sudhaar paate. Fir wo apne aap normal ho jate he baarish season k baad. Wese unka mood he kabhi kabhi to ekdum makkhan se ho jaate he kabhi ekdum hard.

I am owing a diesel top variant Ford Figo Titanium of 2012. I touched a speed of 173kms top speed @bangalore highway and many times 165-168kms. This vehicle is a champ. Once I have crossed 1647kms from palakkad - kerala to Andheri- mumbai in 22hrs in this vehicle. Also bangalore to Mumbai in 15 hrs and 25mins. And twice from mangalore to Mumbai in same day. when this engine of this vehicle heatup after a drive of 1 hr. it perform amazing. I love Ford Figo like a racer car.. worth a try.

Bhai ford figo ka ye model 1 no. hai.... I have driven this for long time iska handling bohat sahi hai aur steering bhi iska mazedaar hai. Maintenance bhi itna kuch high nahi hai Ford ki service bhi achi hai. Aur sabse acha decision ye liya hai k alto k badle ye li it's much safer than brand new alto also.
This car is solid like a tank, no turbo lag, excellent driving dynamics and a steering setup to die for. It feels like a race kart, mine is 2011 model and and driven around 87k. I have upgraded the tyres and with the improved ground clearance the car runs like a mini SUV. No current hatchback feels as solid as this car.

Hyundai Yan maruti ki tarah nahi ki Chhota sa compressor laga diya colling hai nahi..turbo lag bhi bahut kam hai..proper designing hui hai.. stability bhi excellent hai because suspension stiff n low height hai... England mein majority cars Ford ki hain...

3 rs I bought at 65k km at 1.9 lakhs
And still driving it

Someone who doesn’t have much experience of driving cars won’t be able to identify the tempered KM by looking at car tyres or engine noise. So if there a device with the help of which one can identify if KM are tempered or not?

Koi extra kharcha nahi hai.Speed jabardast, milage jabardast,music system jabardast, riding and handling jabardast, body jabardast, head room and leg room jabardast, comfort jabardast. Actual me is gadi me sirf 2 kamiyan hain ..(1) low ground clearance (2) kabhi kabhi kisi kisi gadi me injector ya turbo me problem ho jati hai. Baki sab kuch jabardast hai is gadi me.
Bhai, got an offer of this today 2014 diesel zxi tdci model 26000 kms for 1.75. Can I consider it(as ford is leaving) so concern is whether it can be repaired by outside mechanic and spare parts may be available in gud rate in future or not. Please guide brother.

After then there are many sites like boodmo that sell online parts of almost each vehicle. Even Chevrolet parts are available on boodmo.Engine parts of Ford are available all over the world because it's TDCI engine is sold in many countries.EBAY and AMAZON. COM are international sites for parts.Service can be done in any local garage.Hence you may buy this car with no any tension. Rest is your interest. But I love my Figo and I believe it will serve me till it's registration expires.
It's not like kilometer back but after 60k these cars needs lots of parts replaces . And parts are expensive n not many part dealers in small cities other than dealer service center Always buy maruti or Hyundai if you are first time buyer new or used.

Sometimes there is an argument that justifies both sides. Figo had a peppy / punchy engine. Through Figo, Ford had graduated amazingly, from the previous models. But based on my 13-15 years driving experience, yeh peppy engine ki wajah sey "Bad driving habits" bhi encourage ho Sakti hai. Ford never had control over the "driving" / "bad driving habits". 5000-6000 kaafi badi amount hai and service miss Karna ya kharaab jagah sey karwana quite possible hai. Toh why take the risk of 1 lakh plus kilometres run car? (That's the reason why many people advice against it)

I m using this car since long time i have petrol model , ride quality is excellent, steering works pretty well as compared to Hyundai's nd maruti's only problem i found in this car is it feels underpower maybe because its higher weight and milage is also very low..
