  • Got this quad in a trade with melted wiring harness. I pulled stock engine with wiring out and installed welded up some brackets for the 212 and GTC CVT style torque converter.
Hard to keep front wheels down!!! Wheelie bars coming this week.

Are you looking for more torque or more speed? I know gearing very well.

+Mark Carr more speed. Rear sprocket now i think is around a 35 tooth

Easiest and cheapest way for more speed is a bigger drive sprocket on Jackshaft/TAV. If you have a 10T go up to a 14T or 15T Make sure it's same pitch for chain too or will have problem. Next thing is remove Governor from engine for more RPM and top end speed.. mine gets up to 45mph easy but gets unstable bc of size
