Every time you do a run you can get a yggdrasil dew drop and it will add permanently to the stats + there is a mission to make a recipe and that will give you +5 to all stats
Its simple in every new game plus playthrough you get around 110 to 120 stat points by opening nornir chest , collecting dew drops from tree and don't forget to complete side quest Across Realms for 30 stat points. Hope that's answer the question
