I love finding other fiber artists who are tattooed! It really blows the stereotype right out of the water..:) I love that scrappy yarn you spun! That would be so cool in a shawl. The socks are fantastic! The colorway is so pretty! I live in Ohio...I may have to venture over to PA sometime to check out some of the fiber events out that way.
I love the scrappy bobbins! I've been taking all of the end pieces of projects and the ties that I snip off at the shop when I wind skeins for everyone and spin those. Mine turns out much more unbalanced and blobby than yours or Megan's, but I still love it!

Oh, I just finished my first steeked cardigan yesterday 😊 I also made the mistake of not doing the ribbing flat and honestly I hadn't realized you're supposed to do that until you said it 😅 It did work out fine though, had a few loose threads but I sewed them down on the inside. Nobody will see them there anyways. I'm excited to see how yours will turn out 🌸

Hello hello! In case you'd like to know "Laines" in "Laines du Nord" would be pronounced "len" (the closest English word that comes to my mind is "men"). I see this yarn is made in Italy but the name is clearly in French, unless this would exist in Italian too, though I'd be very surprised, but I only speak French, not Italian 😄
How about with ur fabric from the learning attempt, frame it could be a fun wall accent. If you have ornaments or knick knacks ya wanna hang from or on it that's an option.
Could cover a piece of Styrofoam, and use it as a push board backdrop though s corkboard option would be better I think. Use it for notes, jewelry, or as a backdrop for Chicken Darling. Could always try to make one of those bunnies from the fabric square u made, lol hand seeing and stuffing and tada u got a lil Funny Fufu bunny 🐇 Few thoughts I came up with for ya 😊
