If, for some reason, you had to go off the beaten track, this lovely bus would perform unrivalled and shame any of its competitors. It truly is a astonishing piece of machinery, as the initial Range Rover was in 1970.
As was the case with the previous RR's, 85% of its toy's, abilities and performance will hardly ever be effectively utilised in its first 10 years of graceful service, it really is a case of, "it's nice to have them and not need them, than need them and not have them".
The only vehicle that looks as good on a mountain, as it does outside the Ritz. Like most of its predecessors, it is a work of art. Well done Land Rover.

This is my favorite SUV ever I'm 13 but I hope to have this sitting in my dads garage at least when I'm 16-17 along with a g wagon or Porsche turbo I love this car so much and I know one day god will bless me with this

Your reviews are truly the best out there! But i noticed you guys review for the most part review high end new cars. Do you guys plan on reviewing more affordable older cars like subaru sti's or Bmw E46 M3's etc..?
Yes we plan to start with more affordable models soon, actually we will be filming a 2015 X3 S-Drive 28i. Which is really interesting because of the RWD configuration. But between then we will be on a bit of a delay as we are doing some restructuring within the channel. But we will get back to it in the next few weeks!!

This has to be the absolute best and most thorough review ive seen on youtube :D 10 Stars from me, I have physical restrictions on my body plus im really short so things like the lowering in park mode, powered park brake, adjustable seats and preferred opening height of the tail gate make a huge difference to me that would make or break a sale. Thanks. btw, personally im not much of a fan of the red interior, very individual these things :) I would go with the ivory seats with perhaps a dark wood highlighted dash.....If Only I could win Lotto...... :'(

I'd go with british green racing with black roof paintjob. Black seat with ivory dash, door trim, and head lining (grey head lining would do). Same rims.
Regarding driving experiences including riding comfort between all luxurious SUVs, according to your opinions, which one is the best?
Dont get mad on me , but sometimes the brightness of thr camera is so bad that i cant see so good for example on the nav screen , its to dark and not only the navi .

It would be nice if you can make an review to the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo S
the only 4WD I know of that could match the RR in real off road ability would be the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 - Sahara.and you get the extreme reliability of the Toyota and cheap parts if ever needed. Australian market.
In the market for one of these, was wondering if the rear seats go down to make more space in the trunk, I’m guessing they don’t because of the centre console in the back, anyone know if they go down or not?

Beautiful car, quality finishes and expensive.....nevertheless this SUV is very complicated engine and unpredictable....but If you make 100k per month you can get one and pay the additional 40k in the next couple months. Ask your questions to previous owners and experts not to the salesmen.....also this model have one of the worst return value due to the level of the customization........and you need to build a gas station in the back of your mansion facing the country club.....

What a superbly thorough review! I have just ordered one of these vehicles in the UK and you definitely influenced my decision. I hope that you are on commission from Land Rover!! A couple of points: I really like the Ebony/Pimento interior on this vehicle but reading through the comments it does seem to polarize people's opinions - most seem to dislike it! Your American viewers need to realise what a good deal they are getting price-wise. The vehicle specification which I have ordered would have been approximately $30,000 cheaper in the USA. Many items that are standard features in the US version of the car are extras in the UK. It's a pity that our steering wheels are on opposite sides of the car otherwise it would probably been cheaper for me to import. Just log in to the Land Rover UK website and use the "Build Your Own" feature - it will be a big eye-opener for you!
+Paul C Paul, What a fantastic comment! Owner's comments by far are the most helpful to us and our audience. When we get an endorsement from buyers like yourself that is the most gratifying!! And I should say exporting from here (due to the pricing points you mention) became a huge problem here. For example the owner of this car had to sign a waiver stating he knew he would be black balled if they found his vin # to be sold in other markets. The minimum time he has to wait to export is 1 year!! Again thank you for your comment and compliments, I hope you enjoy your RR!!

It being a long wheelbase, do you feel the "longness" of the car as it turns from a stop sign?

The red is horrendous
I don't like red leather interior either...I just don't see the appeal with them. Red accents, or stitching, sure, but the whole car shouldn't look like the inside of a creature.
I think is gorgeous, matter of opinion of course but the red interior really completes this pretty much perfect car.
What do you mean the car felt fragile? For most owners it is the daily driver and we know from experience and research that it will do anything you want offroad.
+Peter Smith Well it is hard to describe. Suppose it is like buying Louis Vuitton hiking boots. Sure they are the best, they are Louis Vuitton boots, but you probably would not be hiking in them. That is whether they perform well or not. I do not expect everyone to understand based on verbiage alone however the RR felt fragile.
How does this Range Rover (and also the Escalade) compare to non-SUV luxury cars like the s-class, 7 series, etc? Ignoring off-road abilities are they as comfortable and luxurious as Mercedes, BMW and Lexus sedans?
This feels like you are driving a lifted Rolls Royce, it is that luxurious inside......

Everything is quite and easy except when it breaks down that’s gonna cost you a fortune to repair it’s a wonderful looking car and drives smooth the handling is amazing no argument in that but it’s a complicated English car specially tata and chery own it if you wanna buy it please remember the wise words from Jeremy Clarkson if someone tells you a car made in England that’s a polite way of saying the doors gonna fall

Motorcar File I love the interior of the new cadillac, and the fact that it sits 8 people. I have read a review where it says that the RR is the MVP of SUVs. So I am torn. Look wise, I prefer the Escalade. I am not that knowledgeable about car performance etc. I have a taste for beauty that's all.

Very nice. But its only seats 4. My 2011 dodge durango seats 7. My wifes range rover is smaller and rides rougher.
