A chattier video where I discuss many of the expenses I've incurred (and continue to incur) in the course of managing fibromyalgia.
Some of the expenses I have (had) are:
- Insurance: look into public insurance options and, if you're able, consider relocating to a country where social insurance is the standard
- Medication (in the past): select generic medication options, and focus on finding medication discounts (use Google to search for this)
- Therapy (massage currently; physical, aquatic, acupressure/acupuncture previously): explore massage or acupuncture/acupressure therapy schools, or purchase a gym membership (either by yourself or with a friend) that gives you access to a heated pool and possibly gentle stretching/yoga classes included
