So many great finds! The writing on the frog Stein 🐸said: "Der Frosch quakt, wenn er sich labt". It means the frog croaks when it is refreshing itself. So maybe there was some kind of sound making device built-in. Like the whistle in the "whistle for your beer" mugs. 😃
The lady on the antique German Stein probably said she was already invited. The German "geladen" can mean both, invited and loaded.
The colorful birds at the beginning were the Acapulco line by Villeroy and Boch from 1967. ☮️
