It's interesting to see how the world has moved away from a fascination with kiwi coaches, to one where SA coaches are now the international flavour.... Sharks need to do something, because Plum and his kiwi buddy are so far out of touch...just look at the Sharks scrum, a staple of rugby (everywhere except for nz and oz), Sharks just not doing the basics well. I'm hoping JP turns into a quality coach, hopefully he's putting himself out there, and getting some international experience as assistant to some teams outside SA. He has the right amount of laid-back to work well with the Sharks culture.
@@williamnel4946 I like him, but Sharks are a strange team, their coaches don't typically work in the rest of the world. Then again, Ackerman finished his career at the Sharks, so he might be able to integrate his intensity with the laidback Sharks vibe. Was hoping Plum would work out, but I was blinded by the poor coaches that succeeded him at the Sharks, so he seemed like a good option to replace bottom-of-the-barrel Everitt....but I was mistaken. Hopefully Plum steps aside, and leaves the rugby to the marquee players to figure out.
@@vanrensburgarchitecturebim1641 totally agree, I was also blinded by how bad there last coaches where and I also though Plum would turn this around fast but the Bull and Lions at the moment play a better game.
@@vanrensburgarchitecturebim1641 This is such a casual take. It’s really not easy to win when you’re missing 10 Springboks. When the Sharks are full strength, they play well. We saw that last year towards the end of the season. As for the scrum, the same point, this weekend they have Ox, Bongi and Koch, they’re going to dominate the scrums.
@@Trenchwarsoldier-x5vStormers have the biggest home support base and the second biggest support base in the country wtf are you talking about Ironically the Lions have the biggest supporter base overall. Famously if you don't support the Lions as your main team they're always the 2nd favorite
@@Trenchwarsoldier-x5vThat’s not true. I always hated the Stormers, but since Rassie the support for all South African rugby players has really grown, more people will always support the South Africans teams now, even if not their own team.
@jameswyatt4443 literally every south african rugby fan I've ever met has always said the Lions are their second favorite team Cheetahs are good and beloved but they're nowhere near as supported as the lions are
I did bok Friday today because the sharks are basically fielding the springboks tomorrow
Sharks need to wake up! Unimpressive!
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Very sad - should be better with Springboks back
Though Plum would change them but now im thinking wrong coach for our style .
When you’re missing 10 players, it’s not that easy.
the same team played a lot of minutes weekends in a row. The Bulls got their boks back early..
Blew them away then the ref decided who he wanted to win ! Don’t need that type of bull in rugby !
Do you know when Rassie is going to announce the squad?
Who iss this doos??

Cmon Munster Please Reply if Ireland are best team in the world.
Many South African fans will be cheering for Munster… stormers as a whole is really not loved outside of Cape Town.
