      Always been two of my favorites tools. VVDI2 with super chip(s) works pretty good on these too.

    After you read the plcc 52 leg chip on the immo you can put the old key’s id on a super chip. Job is done, no need to work on ecu too.

      Yes, that is the best way. This case tho customer had given me an an oem key to add and had already sent ecu in with immo box so I went ahead and stored the ID in both so no problems. Plus I wanted to save matching pair dumps.

      @@ecurepair Hi,
      Do you need to store the key ID on both everytime? I had the impression that the key IDS were stored on the immo, and the immo id was stored on the ecu?
      Thank you

      There is a slow down feature available . Click the little gear and then select a slower playback speed.

    Hello, do you still offer these services? I have a customer with an '06 Mpv with an internal ecu fault code B1342 and when looking at replacing the ECU I'd like to be prepared with immobilizer sync issues.

      @ecurepair  Год назад

      Sure, No problem. If you needed to send it in, I'd just need original ECU and donor ECU.

    Hi I have a question. I lost my key and had a lock smith come out, they took off the immobilizer to take it to their shop to program it, but not that bigger metal box like you did. They brought back the new key and the immobilizer and my van still won't start. They said I gotta charge my battery to 100% and then turn the car to on without starting it and leave it on for a hour? And then start it. Is what they are saying is bullshit or truth because I'm at wits end with my van not being able to run

    • @ecurepair
      @ecurepair  2 года назад +1

      You shouldn't have to do anything if it was programmed properly. I don't know what leaving the key on for an hour is suppose to achieve on this model sorry, never heard of anything like that for these.
      It depends on the method they used if the ecu (bigger metal box) is needed but generally its not.

      @@ecurepair dang I guess I forgot to mention my vehicle is the exact same as the one you're doing 😅 year and everything. I think this key lock place is up to no good because they didn't bring back my original immobilizer it's sum junky plastic crap not the original metal box ( I'm gonna ask for that part back ) I'm also experiencing my headlights AND emergency flashers flashing twice Everytime I go to turn the key. What does it mean? I truly appreciate your advice and time. I'm gonna watch more of your videos and maybe see something that also can help me thanks for your work really helps out people like me. God bless
