It's anyone that can take the time, and is in the condition to be able to absorb his information, they will benefit. God willing, his podcasts will be a requirement in all medical institutions. It would be nice if doctors prescribed his videos instead of, or in conjunction, with meds. What a wonderful world this could be!

Choline - how much is recommended to adequate?
Iron - Anaemia can cause dementia. Iron can deposit in the brain so be careful when you supplement.
Vitamin D - obese women less than 30ng/ml - regulates insulin and neural inflammation, had positive outcomes when supplementing.
Omega 3 - lower DHA can cause cognitive impairment. It should be 4 or higher.
EPA - brains worker harder if deficient.
B12 - better cognitive function if deficient and start supplementing.
    B12, Folate and Choline together
Magnesium - serum testing is least accurate. Deficiency effects neural function.

B2 ,B5 to assist and recycle glutathione. BTW mold exposure down regulates the gsh enzyme needed for the creation of Glutathione.

I stumbled across my inadequate choline intake earlier this year as a result of using the Cronometer app to track my nutrient intake. Even though I was eating 120 grams of high biological value protein, my choline always only came in at half the recommended intake. After adding in a choline supplement my brain fog disappeared and hasn’t returned.

I am suffering with anxiety and depression.
It is so severe, that i know i cannot think, i try so hard, but cannot think.
the depression, has a hidden factor as well, it blocks my memory and my brain goes into shock when a slight bit of pressure comes on, and I am blank, just blank, cannot focus on anything.
its kinda like a huge pressure closing a valve in my brain. my brain just shuts down, nothing going thro ..
i just don't know what to do.

Hold on to hope. There are things he listed that might be your missing puzzle piece. Vit D (2000iu or more with k2, b vitamins (natural, not lab made), and magnesium. All very important and yet most people are deficient. These can help. Some say ashwaganda helps with anxiety.

Looks like from this video you need to increase vitamin C intake through food and daily supplement, also take daily Omega 3 supplement containing EPA and DHA., check your with your doctor if you have vitamin B deficiency and/or vitamin D deficiency, someone with vitamin D deficiency shows depression, dizziness, fatigue, things like that ... If you want to increase magnesium, best to do it through food, eat a handful of pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds a day, these are good supplies of magnesium, I pray you get better. If you can, try to keep consistent go to bed time and waking up time (eg. 10pm-6.30am allows 8 hours sleep), this really helps.

I agree with everything you said, but there is one thing that is never mentioned. Formaldehyde is in meds, personal products, cleaning products, food - especially grains and sugar and all manufactured products that we use every day. It causes all the symptoms you have mentioned and is never mentioned as an ingredient. I have suffered with its effects all my life, especially bacterial related issues and believe it is the root cause of most illness.
