Wow how much kit did you need and what was the weight of your boats when you was hiking to your put in? How many miles and what was the elevation? Nice section of water, did you find the altitude more of a struggle hiking or padding? Thanks for sharing your epic run
Boats are about 35kg. We did +1200m elevation ish and almost 40km (because we also had to hike down the main canyon) Definitely struggling with elevation on the hike. The paddling was very short.

Takes up space, adds a lot of weight and doesn't help 90% of the time since you're climbing rough terrain...
