Sir there is lot of leaves but why Manager make excuse to section leaves ? Sir i have parents but I am not married . So according to Manager he has a Family (wife, children) so i have not Family.
If its is sir , Then bank have to recruit Orphan people so that they don't need to get leave for their families and work more like a Machine.

Sir, I had damaged my ACL ligament partially back in March 2020. If I join Bank as PO and if in future I have to undergo a surgery, then can I take 6 weeks leave for recovery and rehab after surgery & will the cost be 100% reimbursed by the bank?

Sir in case of medical which is 100 percent for employee in case of hospitalize and 75 percent for dependents..is there any amount which is fixed and also ..its cashless or do we first need to pay full amount to hospital and then get it reimbursed through bank..i had this doubt as i m going to join BOI through ibps 9 with ur blessings.. waiting for your reply

..thank u for replying sir.....my father is in uco bank....scale ll officer....his dental implants are costing 270000 ..and for this he asked the union leader for reimbursement...but the union leader said ..there is no provision for reimbursement in case of dental problem.....so i want to ask that..why .dental problems are not included in reimbursement??...is there any other way to get reimbursement??...plz sir reply
